“How did you move on from the one who ruined you?”

What is one way you can choose to be brave today? Going to a new place for lunch, walking a different route home, texting someone you have forgotten to get back to, making progress on the task youve procrastinated, standing up for yourself in a conversation. Whatever it may be, however big or small it is worth taking that step to be a little braver today.

Tuesday, July 29th
Working in the student commons today so I can soak up some sunshine without having to actually melt in the sun. I am thankful for the air conditioning here.
The library book room is having a book sale today. So I grabbed these two beauties for $8. One is a slim anthology of English Verse (featuring Keats - I love Keats), and the other is an illustrated stage history of Shakespeare (edited by Jonathan Bate, whose online Shakespeare course I adored).
The illustrated stage history of Shakespeare is for some Masters’ thesis research. The poetry anthology is purely for fun.
