Does anyone remember this fic on ao3?
Stiles finds a badly injured Derek in an abandoned mall (he was laying on a broken escalator if I remember correctly) while he is out jogging in the middle of the night. Stiles and the pack didn't talk anymore but he was still in contact with Peter somehow. Peter figures out sterek are mates and where childhood friends (?).

Does anyone remember this fic on ao3?
Stiles either is a Spark or just has magic and takes Derek's wolf from him after a fight(?). Derek now has to live as a human and his eyesight is now quite bad and he doesn't hear as well either. Derek's body and mind start to deteriorate, as he is not used to being like a human as he was a born werewolf. Derek get's attacked by hunters while he stays in a motel/hotel.
I don't exactly remember how it ended, but the fic had a multiple chapters and it was endgame sterek. Thanks!
