It always fascinated me that when trans people took hormones, they. Worked. I mean this PURELY from a biological standpoint. We think of "male" bodies and "female" bodies as so different, but the reality is they just aren't. A human body will know what to do with the tools you give it, even if it's never had those tools before.
Put testosterone in a "female" body, and it'll know how to grow a beard. It just will.
Put estrogen in a "male" body, and it'll know how to form breasts. It just will.
It doesn't matter what the "original" sex was, a human body is a human body and it knows what to do. We were never different. We just think we are because we think it makes more sense. But it doesn't. I make way less sense, actually.
I think that's fascinating and kind of beautiful. Honestly
And I never thought the place to explore this line of thinking thoroughly would be a Hazbin Hotel mpreg fanfiction but HERE WE ARE

[Campbell] may come from a different angle than I do, but it… it doesn't make him wrong.

it’s actually criminal how many people Matt Bomer could have played in the DCU if the people in charge weren’t cowards

One thing we never talk about as a fandom is that if Hawk really was given the choice to change one thing, fix one relationship, save one person from an untimely unfair death........Tim Laughlin would be second on the list.

They both shine in these roles 🔥
I’ve seen quite a few “fans” comparing Matt and Jonathan’s performances in Fellow Travelers in the name of trying to dictate who they believe deserves more recognition or accolades.
I think it’s a fool’s errand to compare the difficulty of portraying these characters. Both of the actors needed to portray entirely different things.
Jonathan needed to bring every emotion to the surface to truly depict Tim and how he wore his heart on his sleeve and felt everything so deeply.
Matt needed to rely on a more subtle, unspoken acting as he repressed every emotion that Hawk could and would not express, while still making sure each of those emotions came across to the audience.
For me, they are both entirely deserving of all the accolades. Matt has undeniably lost out on more due to stacked categories, but it’s in absolutely no way a reflection on the actors or their abilities. It’s not a zero-sum game.
Fellow Travelers would not have hit as many of the right notes without the complementary and unique performances that the two leading men brought to their respective roles.

One of my favourite scenes
FELLOW TRAVELERS (2023)
-And all that remains is your apology. -And I'm to apologize for what, precisely? I'd just… I'd like to get this right. -For having no shame. For making me endure rumors about my homosexual son. For me walking in and having to see you on your knees to that boy Kenny.
