Carrie jumped a bit as the heavy metal door creaked open, briefly flooding the room with the sounds of Diamond City at midday. She was in the loft, no doupt raiding one of her hidden stores of snacks scattered around the agency. With Nick gone on a case and Ellie on a lunch break, Carrie was both holding down the fort and taking in cases. Though things were much slower with the Institute gone and the number of correlated kidnappings significantly lowered, things sure did get boring. 

“Hi!” Carrie called from upstairs, stumbling on the first step and rather ungracefully making her way down. “I’m definitely not the person you’re looking for if you’ve come here, but I can try to help you out. What can I do for you?”
