Happy Halloween! I made this manip for my birthday, which was on 28th of October, but it suits for Halloween as well. Of course, inspired by "Don't chase the dead" music video by Marilyn Manson. And kinda a Supernatural fusion, because why the hell not, we, at the rickyl discord server, liked the idea. And it's Norman/Daryl and Andy/Rick in make up, come on. What else is there to wish for?

2016 Season 7 premiere red carpet gave us a beautiful Leedus handholding moment, but can we just talk about how 2018 Season 9 premiere red carpet gave us an even more adorable Leedus handholding moment, and LITTERALLY NO ONE TOOK A PHOTO OF IT. That’s just illegal.

Spent entirely too much time on this and am not happy with anything, but yeah. Obviously heavily referenced, used some screenshots I got on my phone. Not gonna draw anything again in the next fifteen years, and it's not even smooches...

Just want to point out a very beautiful moment for my fellow Leedus fans. Norman was seen at the Heathrow airport (September 13), Andy was seen at the Dubai International airport (September 14) heading home, and the thought of them spending Andy’s birthday together warms my heart.

I STILL DREAM SOMETIMES THAT THEY’LL HAVE DARYL TELL SOMEONE HE LOVED RICK, LIKE REALLY LOVED HIM, CUT OUT THIS BROTHER BULLSHIT, OKAY, it’s my dream. I don’t even watch that show anymore but I WOULD if it happened. By which I mean, I know it’s never going to happen (they’ll probably finally make Daryl hetero like the cowards they are) but. If it did. Just imagine if it did happen.

I wouldn’t even mind if Daryl only said that once and then went and had a hetero relationship with anyone else. Just fcuking validate us, stop telling us there’s nothing there and we’re seeing things, we aren’t just seeing things, it was there. 

*sigh*

But yeah. I get why the ship may be considered mostly dead. There’s not going to be any more content in canon, save for maybe people mentioning Rick sometimes. I’m not holding my breath here. I’ve been disappointed too much. So. I’d rather pretend the show didn’t exist anymore, it ended sometime in season 5 (only with the addition of Jesus ‘cause he’s fun) and Rick and Daryl are married and happy and raise all the kids together.

A girl can dream.
