“I shall think of you at sunset, and at sunrise, again; and at noon, and forenoon, and afternoon, and always, and evermore, till this little heart stops beating and is still.”

Yes, Susie, very lonely and yet is it very sweet too to know that you are happy, and to think of you in the morning, and at eventide, and noon, and always as smiling and looking up for joy -

bringing this back because I freaking miss my wifey 😭🫀 she is my heart♥️
i made a Hana playlist, naturally it took me awhile to compile these songs together but now i believe it's complete. this playlist is from her & MC's pov, from the first time they met to their "happier ever after". thank you so much to those who listen to my little compilation of songs. it makes so happy to know people enjoy it. it may not look like much but still, i appreciate it♥️✨

Hana Lee Appreciation Post!
I might be in love if she was a real person. Actually, I think I already am. She is the best wife anyone could ever ask for.

Something something how Nia struggles a lot with finding a balance
something something how she's the brainwashed kid who was forced to see the good in something that could destroy her
something something the way she constantly apologised for her Shadow alter ego because she's afraid she was turning into a monster something something when she realises no she isn't a monster she's Nia and she has all the power to wield magic however way she sees it
something something how despite everyone taking control over her she still manages to beat all that and help herself in the end, as opposed to the Nia we met in Book 1 asking us to rescue Scholar Vash something something "kick it's ass"
something something how she's the most powerful mage in the realms not because she possesses both light and shadow but she's conquered her own fears and belief systems to be herself and accept herself for who she truly is.

Nia didn’t grow up with parents or siblings to take care of her. She grew up in the harsh rigidness of the temple, that focuses on training and studying but not growing up.
The closest thing she had to family was Scholar Vash, but even so that was probably not at the same level as having a parent to take care of you as you grow up.
She’s always taking care of other people, but not caring for herself because she never really learned that she should. One of the values of the temple is vowing to give up your life force to help others. She was literally taught Not to care for herself or really value her life because in the Temple’s eyes her whole purpose is to just be used by/for other people.
So she really doesn’t know how to care for herself at all, because she’s never had anyone to take care of her in her life or allow her to be her own person and live her life for herself and the way she wants to (until now).

Also I love that MC says she’ll teach her to care for herself, not because MC would ever leave necessarily, but because that’s important to have, more than just having someone else to take care of you.
