Back to work...

Lockdown is being slowly lifted in Ireland.

I'm back in my part time job since the 17th of May and it's been very busy.

Today, was my only day off in a while, so I decided to clean the house...

Also managed to squeeze in a few coffees and finally sorted my avocados 🥑

My friend sent me this today... Apparently this is so me....

I won't lie, after a full week and weekend of work that had to be done and projects needed to be finished, I decided to clean the entire house... Apparently it wasn't even messy according to some...

I don't know about ye but having dust around the place is annoying even when you can't see it... And I can't relax if I see dust...

Am I the only one?

I might also bleached entire bathroom...

I like my house clean......

Bonsai; the art of growing ornamental, artificially dwarfed varieties of trees and shrubs in pots.

Over the last few days I have watched loads of videos of people growing and tending to their Bonsai trees...

Today, I woke up with an idea of growing my own Bonsai Avocado tree... but first I needed to see if I can even shape one... So off to Woodies we went!

In Woodies I found an Australian Chestnut tree, and after a quick Google turns out that it can be made into a Bonsai... I brought it home and I plaited it, trimmed and wired it to the shape I wanted and now it's waiting time... It will either grow or die! If it works out and it grows I will make a Bonsai out of my germinating avocado seeds.

Ana's Bloody Scrabble!

Around this time last year we were a month in lockdown and we were just dieing of boredom.

We run out of console games to play, and sorta got bored of them... The house was squeaky clean... Plants were taken care off... So i had an idea to sort out a bunch of board games........

I went on Amazon and got the classics, Cluedo, Scotland Yard, Jumanji and when I looked at the price of Scrabble I was like hell no 😕 so i decided to make Scrabble myself 😬

So the board you see below on the picture was done by creating Scrabble grid in MS Paint and printing it then sticking it onto some cardboard with loads and loads of sticky tape. Red marker was used to mark the tiles and it got smudged ( hence the name 'Bloody' )... I also cut tile letters out of cardboard originally, but then I ordered proper plastic tiles which weren't even a third of the full price of the game...

Today we decided to play my creation again!

Scrabble for a third of the RR price...

Monster A lert..?

It's been a full year today since I got this monster...

It's by far my most precious plant and I'm loving it! Not to mention it turns my bathroom into a little rainforest <3

Cozy Corner

...after a long week of work

You know what the worst thing is? When you’re in a lockdown and it’s beautiful outside and you have to work... I did a lot of drawings this week and only got to go outside for a coffee when it was nice and sunny. Unfortunately the downs of having an awesome desktop setup is not being able to carry it outside...

But worry not! Its the weekend!

Hopefully I get a chance to tidy up my little back yard area and relax in whatever sun remains :)

In the meantime, have a look at my favorite room inside the house, my cozy corner...

Cold week night are usually spent on the couch watching Google TV, Disney or Netflix.

It would not be a complete living room setup without loads of lights, plants and a screaming little birb ( asleep in this picture )

Also, the best purchase I have made for this living room is the clear plastic table protector for the coffee table making it look fancy AF...

Amazon is an amazing thing........
