Euphoria is a show entailing drug addiction, the fucked up justice system in America where whites can get away with anything, mental illness, the suffocating atmosphere of high school and other really, really dark shit. I’ve been seeing a lot of hate for it (especially characters like Rue) and I just needed to clarify that this is no Riverdale-esque show where you’re going to see what you want to see. If you can’t handle it yet, then move on.

The creator himself said he created Euphoria so watchers can understand and become more empathetic towards people dealing with drug addiction and mental illness, etc. 

So just because you can’t relate to it, that doesn’t give you the go signal to shit on those who do.
