Kyoya Ootori, Tamaki Suoh, Kaoru Hitachiin, Hikaru Hitachiin, Takashi (Mori) Morinozuka, Mitsukuni (Honey) Haninozuka, Haruhi Fujioka, Renge Hōushakuji, Ritsu Kasanoda and Umehito Nekozawa x reader who is the host clubs personal assistant:

KYOYA OOTORI:

* You usually help Kyoya with the financial aspects of the club, spending your time with him going over the daily funds after club activities

* You also help him out by handing all the merchandise that has been ordered to their fellow clients, since it gets done quicker when you do it because no one crowds around you

* He also makes you get any necessary requirements for any crazy idea Takamaki comes up with next

* When he wants to rest and not be disturbed your in charge of keeping any annoyances away, so they don’t wake him up

* If you ever want to use your time as a personal assistant for work applications, you would go to him to right your evaluation

* And during your time he seems that you did a decent job overall, but when you start getting excited he tells you that on the other hand, you made some dumb mistakes as well, so don’t get to excited

* But in the end he decides he will write an evaluation for your job application when he has the time

* When Kyoya is busy he leaves you in charge of the others because your one of the only people that have actually done his job with him personally

* So he is putting his faith in you and if anything goes wrong your in for a punishment when he comes back

* This is enough to make you take being in charge more seriously, since you have had a handful of punishments and you do not want another one any time soon.

TAMAKI SUOH:

* Your family member role is the cousin, since your part of the family now, Tamaki gave you a title

* When he is having one of his emotional tantrums he comes running to you, especially when the others are teasing him for it

* Your also the one he instructs to help him when he finds a new unfortunate soul in need of helping

* So you end up spending the day with him, trying to help fix this persons problem Tamaki not allowing you to sleep until the both of you do

* He often takes you with him to spy on Haruhi as well and when he gets caught, your there apologising to her, while he cries in a corner

* Which then leads to you comforting him to get him up, so you both can leave

* As the assistant he tried to practice his flirting with you and if you were not affected by it he ended up sulking

* When he’s not around Tamaki has put you in charge of keeping the pesky twins away from Haruhi

* When you go shopping in secret he tells you to buy some pretty clothes for Haruhi to wear

* Which the other members end up over hearing, which he then turns to you to back him up when he starts explaining using the excuse of him being Haruhi’s father figure

* You end up not defending him, which leads to him pouting whenever you enter the room, until you apologise leading him into giving you a suffocating hug

* You tell him that you have work to do to get out of his grip.

KAORU HITACHIIN:

* He usually comes to hang out with you when Hikaru is busy with Haruhi

* Comes to you for help in setting up scenarios, so Hikaru and Haruhi can be alone together

* While the both of you hide watching them and stop Tamaki from ruining there time together

* If Kaoru has gotten hurt during an host club event Hikaru brings him to you where you then bandage him up

* He finds this nice and decides to come help you with some of your activities when he’s alone

* But be warned you do have to take a few minutes out of your day to show him what to do on certain tasks because he hasn’t had much experience doing them

* But he’s not the worst and he does have some idea on what to do, so he’s pretty quick to grasp it once you tell him

* Him and Hikaru sometimes come with you to do the shopping which ends in chaos

* But when it’s just you and Kaoru things are a lot smoother and he even carries some of the shopping bags for you

* And when you thank him for doing that he has a small tint on his cheek having not being used to this sudden genuine praise and tells you that it was no problem at all

HIKARU HITACHIN:

* When Hikaru is around you he’s mainly accompanied by Kaoru this makes it really hard to get any tasks done

* Since the both of them are usually dragging both you and Haruhi off somewhere to do who knows what

* Kaoru eventually gets the hint and tells Hikaru that they should go do something else, making them both leave you to finish off your list of tasks

* When Kaoru gets injured he is very worried for him, but once you fix him up he is very relieved and mumbles out a thank you

* Kaoru as a thank you for helping him was going to help you with the shopping alone, but he has a task that he cannot get out of, so he gets Hikaru to go in his place

* Surprisingly, Hikaru helps you carry the items and when you thank him he tells you not to mention it and not to get used to it

* Before you leave the shop Hikaru drags you over to an aisle to purchase a gift for Kaoru since he couldn’t come

* This shopping trip was actually very peaceful and you try to savour the feeling because the next time they both come your going to end up with a headache from the chaos

* Hikaru along with Kaoru asks you your opinion on what Haruhi would think of these outfits they found for her

* There’s no point telling them not to get them because they won’t listen, but there’s nothing to worry about because most of the time they do pick something she likes

* If she doesn’t like them you end up telling her you tried to talk them out of it, but there was nothing you could do.

TAKASHI (MORI) MORINOZUKA:

* He’s the most relaxed out of the hosts and you both usually just spend time in silence

* While your doing your tasks for the day, he’s sitting there doing his own little thing

* Will occasionally get up if you need any help with carrying something that is too heavy for you to lift or if you need him for something

* You also remind him to tell Honey to brush his teeth because after the time Honey had gotten a cavity you could tell how sad he was, so to repay him for your help you make sure to remind him

* Mori appreciates this even if you can’t tell he really does and he gave you a short thank you once and then went back to being quiet and deadpanning

* When a girl confesses to him and he doesn’t say anything you verbally translate for him and let the girl down gently

* Since sometimes he’s not in the mood to verbally tell them himself, so you decide to try and translate for him

* If you ask him to come he will accompany you shopping and carry the bags for you if they look to heavy,

* Before leaving the shop he always buys some sweets to bring back for Honey if he didn’t come with you both

* Mori shows you the different sweets and points at each one to get your opinion on which ones are the nicest out of all the options

* He also puts in a box of sweets that you seemed to like for you to eat.

MITSUKUNI (HONEY) HANINOZUKA:

* You always carry some type of sweets on you to give Honey in case he runs out and Mori isn’t there to give him any

* This always brightens up his day making him very cheery all because you gave him sweets

* When he has a nap in the club room you make sure no one disturbs him because a grumpy Honey is a scary Honey

* If his bunny Usa-chan rips you put it as your number one priority on your task list to sow Usa-chan back together

* Honey has comical tears coming down his face and jumps on to you shouting cheers of thanks for fixing Usa-chan for him

* When you go shopping he comes with you, accompanied by Mori and sits in the trolley occasionally getting out when he sees something interesting

* Definitely pleads to go to the sweet section before you leave and tells Mori to pick up different candy he points at

* Also tells Mori to get you a pack as well, he may eat a bit of it on you though

* You have to get Mori to tell him that he’s got all these and that there yours

* But he ends up pouting and giving you the puppy dog eyes for you to give him some.

HARUHI FUJIOKA:

* You know she is really a girl because you accidentally walked in on her changing, so after that the other host club members told you to keep an eye out to make sure no one finds out and not to tell anyone

* Haruhi told you to take no notice of them and that she doesn’t really care who knows

* She usually likes to help you with your tasks when she doesn’t have host duty while telling you it’s no problem and she’s happy to help

* Haruhi helping causes a chain reaction by making all the other hosts help out starting with Tamaki this was the quickest you have ever gotten your task list done

* You both usually do the shopping together because she has to get some food for home, so she tags along with you, sometimes complaining to you about the other members getting on her nerves

* She helps you get the best deals on items and your overall shopping cart turns out cheaper than it should have been

* The both of you start arranging to do the monthly shopping on days where the shops are having big sales

* The both of you get dragged to different places by the twins much to her annoyance, so you try and keep her spirits up

* When she escapes one of Tamaki’s bone crushing hugs you hide her in your cleaning cart, so he doesn’t find her which she appreciates

* She repays you by making sure none of the other hosts make a mess of any areas you have just cleaned and if they do she gives them a stern talking to at how they can’t just ruin other peoples hard work like that.

RENGE HOUSHAKUJI:

* Renge usually gets you to help her carry around her cosplay clothes and some days she makes you cosplay with her

* The both of you spend time together planning new plots and boy types the host club members could do since she wants someone that will back her up on her ideas

* So when the members try and protest she can tell them that y/n agrees with her

* You get a lot of lessons about different mangas and games from her with her reasoning being an assistant needs a vast range of knowledge

* Renge made you carry a boom box one time because her motor broke, so she needed something else to do her dramatic entrance with

* When the other host members are busy she comes to hang out with you and won’t accept any excuses, such as you have to finish your tasks for the day

* She tells you that she will just get one of her servants to do it for you and drags your arm to take you somewhere else

* The both of you also have conversations where she keeps you up to date on the thrilling story of a certain love triangle amongst the group

* Explaining it very dramatically with her face filled with excitement

* So she comes up with a plan asking you to help her to move the triangle along and explains the plan to you loads of times, so you don’t mess it up

* But your used to it by now because she normally comes to you every few weeks, interrupting your work to help her with some new plot devices to help the love triangle blossom or any other romantic endeavour amongst the club

RITSU KASANODA:

* He starts hanging out with you while you work because your the least teasing towards him after Haruhi

* Ritsu sometimes asks you for advice on Haruhi and how she’s doing since your an assistant to the host club

* He sometimes helps you with doing tasks, but someone accidentally angers him making him break the object he was helping you clean

* Luckily it was nothing to expensive which is surprising and he apologises to you after his anger starts to simmer down

* He brings you a plant he grew in the school garden which you can use how you like as an apology

* When he starts to control his anger better he is a very big help in finishing your tasks quicker than you would alone

* Before he goes to talk to Haruhi he pops over to you who’s busy cleaning to get hyped up, so he doesn’t embarrass himself

* When he found out Haruhi was a girl you saw him when you were coming back from doing the daily shopping and you helped him process it

* So whenever he thinks he’s going to struggle keeping it a secret he comes to you for reassurance

* But after a few days he stops doing that having fully processed it and decides to do his best to keep it a secret

* If anyone messes up a task you just completed he’s quick to get angry, scaring them away since your nice and he doesn’t want some jerk to ruin your hard work.

UMEHITO NEKOZAWA:

* When your busy cleaning the music room ready for club activities you stumble upon a cat like doll on the floor, which you have been seeing a lot of lately

* So you ask the host club members who it belongs to, so you can return it when suddenly a hooded figure comes out of the dark telling you it’s Beelzenef

* After that day whenever you find Beelzenef on the ground you just knock on the door in the club room and hand it back to Nekozawa

* One day when you were doing your duty Nekozawa called you over to him, curious you walked over

* He decided to tell you about the occult and black magic as a thank you for returning Beelzenef back to him without being scared of him to do so

* You obviously decide to do it and you both have a good time until you have to go back to finishing your tasks

* After that day you can often find Nekozawa staring at you, not to be creepy he just wants to take tips on how to interact with people and you seem like the best one to observe

* This is because being the assistant to the host club must mean you have good charisma skills, but because your not always surrounded by girls your easier to observe

* You asked him one time if he wanted to help you run your shopping errand, but his photophobia gets in the way

* So you decide to take Beelzenef with you, so they can tell Nekozawa all about the trip like he was actually there

* You even pick up some stuff from the store that can help him with his black magic work

* You start doing this every time you go to the store, which he finds really heroic of you, he even thinks of you as an assistant to him as well as the host clubs assistant when it comes to the dark arts.
