Splatoon 3 Fashion Challenge - Week 85:

I'll be real with y'all for a second: Between the lack of updates for Splatoon 3, me playing a bunch of other games, as well real-life stuff (like my recent birthday and my new aquarium which I just now remembered I haven't shown yet. I'll get on that soon!), I've not really found the time or interest to do things for this blog, including new fashion challenges. And that's a shame, because I wanna keep them going for as long as possible, but it's getting harder and harder.

We're not giving up yet though, even if I'm struggling to come up with new stuff we've still got some old ideas to reuse, including one of my personal favourites:

Thrifty Fits: 2025 edition!

Special Rules: We’re being very economical this weekend! For this challenge, your outfit’s total cost must not exceed 3000 coins, nor have a combined default Star Rating of more than 2. Additionally, all Grizzco, Singleplayer, and amiibo gear is banned. No hand-me-downs allowed, this all about smart shopping!

We ran this challenge for the first time back in 2023, and lots of new gear's been added since then, so there's plenty of new fits to make!

Okay so I meant to post this yesterday, but I got distracted by something that took way too long to finish, and then I remembered that daylight savings happened where I live and suddenly it was basically morning and I needed to wake up earlier than usual for something. It was an entire mess and in the midst of it all I forgot to actually post the challenge. So we're doing that now! This challenge's theme is:

Splatoon 3 Fashion Challenge - Week 80:

Time for the first challenge of Fresh Season 2025, and it has been a good long while since we did one based around some specific gear, hasn't it? So I've picked out something that was added to the game in an earlier Fresh Season. It only felt appropriate, after all:

White Leather F-3!

I don't know about you all, but I think this jacket looks quite lovely. The creamy colors are very pleasant, and the texture looks nice and fluffy, I bet it's really comfy.

And yet I don't feel like I see it used much, especially compared to the Custom Painted F-3, so let's give it some love, why don't we?
