Where to go in November: 8 destinations that will make you forget the grisaille
November finally announces the end of the sunny days. This time does not motivate you? Do you dream of beaches, palm trees and heat? It may be time to plan a small vacation. Here are the 8 destinations you should visit during November. Lanzarote, land of volcanoes Like most of the world, temperatures drop in November. And Lanzarote too ... 27 to 24 ° C on average, nothing to do with the drops of the Old Continent! The temperature of the water (around 20 ° C) allows even the least chilly to take a dip. If you are still not warm enough, a hike in the volcanoes of the north-west of the island is required. Discover the lunar landscape gathering nearly a hundred peaks. The last eruption dates back 200 years, but volcanic activity continues underground. This phenomenon is also demonstrated during guided excursions: a branch can catch fire by merely being driven into the ground. Agadir, Morocco differently Morocco is more than sunbathing and souks. Looking for a new activity? Why not go surfing during a stay in Agadir? Do not panic if you take a wave. The average water is 22 ° C and the midday sun shines at 25 ° C. Going to Agadir is also an opportunity to go on an adventure in the mountains by car rental and discover the wonderful landscapes of the Anti-Atlas. Stop at Tafraoute, a small town in the region surrounded by unique granite boulders. A weekly market is held every Wednesday. You can buy souvenirs and taste fresh fruits and vegetables from the area. Split & Krka, the autumnal beauty of Croatian landscapes Croatia is attracting more and more tourists. And for a good reason: its views are breath-taking. It is therefore in low season that you have to go there to enjoy this region without crossing masses of tourists. Okay, you will not be able to bathe and the temperatures will be far from being so hot (plan a little wool), but the atmosphere will be calmer there. Stroll through the streets of Split and discover in peace the famous attractions of the city, such as Diocletian's Palace. About 80 km from the capital of Dalmatia is one of the most popular national parks in the country, Krka. Here you can discover the fantastic Skradin Falls and other waterfalls. The park is also home to monasteries, an archaeological site and more. All this with a touch of autumnal color. Cyprus, the land of Aphrodite The coast of Cyprus is like a work of art. At 24 ° C, the temperature of the water is still favorable for swimming in November. Opinions diverge as to the most beautiful beaches in the region but it is clear that Lady's Mile Beach (south of Larnaca) stands out. In search of loneliness? Go to the Akamas peninsula where you will not cross a cat for miles. Autumn is the perfect season to discover the nature of the island. Go hiking in the Troodos Mountains. The region is also known for its heritage: do not miss to visit the painted churches listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. If all these explorations make you hungry and thirsty, stop by one of the old taverns, like the Berengaria Café whose terrace offers a splendid panorama. Too much wind to eat outside? Warm up near the fireplace. To get around easily during your stay, consider renting a car. Dubai: sun and heat guaranteed Going to the UAE is to be sure to have sun and heat, whatever the time of year. Dubai is the ideal destination for those looking for summer time. Just relax on Jumeirah Beach while temperatures peak at 31 ° C to feel like summer is back. To cool off a bit, aside from taking a dip, enjoy the 22 ° C Dubai Mall with some shopping. In the evening, enjoy the sunset show overlooking the city from the Festival City area. The Dominican Republic, lazing in November Have a good time before taking your towel and relaxing under the shade of a palm tree. Then start the evening with good grills and a glass of rum. This is what the program of your next vacation might look like under the sun of the Dominican Republic. For a little more action, take part in a buggy tour. Visit a plantation, ride on the beach of Macao Beach and cool off in an underground river. Be careful, do not be afraid to get dirty! To explore the surroundings in complete freedom, the rental car remains the ideal solution. Nairobi: Discovering Kenyan fauna and flora Nairobi is a paradise for lovers of nature and animals. Kenya is home to some of the most beautiful animal sanctuaries, but that's not all. The Kenyan coast has a coral reef with wonderful reefs filled with colorful fish. Visit the elephant babies at Sheldricks Elephant Orphanage. This private institution cares for orphaned elephants and rhinos, often because of poaching. The property, located in Nairobi National Park, is open to the public one hour per day. Nairobi National Park is the oldest reserve in the country. For those who watched the movie "Remember Africa": Karen Blixen's farm is nearby. Hanoi: immerse yourself in the urban frenzy of Vietnam November is one of the best months to visit the Vietnamese capital. Temperatures are mild to warm, and the precipitation rate is meagre. On the other hand, if you are looking for calm, pass your tour or stay outside the city. Hanoi is a city with a furious pace as evidenced by its old town and its 36 corporations. These were divided according to craft professions. Street copper, street money or silk street, they invite you to an afternoon shopping, but especially discovery. Read the full article

The beach and more: our top 5 things to do in Ibiza
Ibiza is well known for its splendid hotels and idyllic beaches. But everyone does not have the same desires. Relaxing is not your cup of tea? Fortunately, there is much more to do in Ibiza. Discover our top 5 activities to try on the island. Rent a car and go on an adventure 35 kilometers from north to south and 20 kilometers from east to west. It may seem small enough, but Ibiza has more than one trick up its sleeve. Discover the wild sierras of the North or explore the small villages of the Southwest. Do not forget to pack your swimsuit for a dip on the way, on one of the many beautiful beaches of the island. Our favorite spot: Cala Olivera and its crystal-clear waters. Tranquillity guaranteed. Recommended route: Start with a tour of the island on the coastal road and then fork inland. You will cross forests and reach the mountains - admire the view! Try the dive With more than 200 kilometers of coastline and an ideal location in the temperate waters of the Mediterranean Sea, Ibiza is the perfect place to learn about scuba diving. Many centers offer courses for beginners. For example, you can admire the Posidonia marine meadows in the Las Salinas Natural Park, which became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999. If you are already a pro, go explore one of the wrecks in the waters around the island. Our advice: why not go to meet Don Pedro? It is the most significant wreck of the Mediterranean located in the recreational diving area. Dance the night on a boat Ibiza is known for its world-class clubs and DJs, and the party is not limited to the mainland! Enjoy the island's wild atmosphere on a fully equipped catamaran/club. Sip a cocktail on the deck enjoying the sunset and dance until the end of the night. A boat party is the icing on the cake for a successful stay in Ibiza. Treat yourself to a parasailing thrill It may sound extreme, but there is no better way to enjoy incredible views of Ibiza's landscape. Enjoy impressive panoramas of the forests, mountains and coasts of the island. Nothing equals the feeling of freedom of parasailing. Rent a scooter and explore the city of Ibiza The capital of the island, Eivissa or Ibiza, has everything you need for a successful day. Rent a scooter and take a ride in the alleys of the old town of Dalt Vila. Then go through the harbor to admire the vast yachts and enjoy the marina. Finally, after a little shopping, head to the centre of the island through pine forests and orchards of fig, almond and orange trees. You will find charming cafes and restaurants along the way. Unknown or unloved? 6 countries off the beaten path to discover
No doubt, the 21st century is already well underway. We cannot do without the Internet and live without a smartphone in hand permanently. But are there unexplored territories, places on the planet still unknown to the greatest number? Your turn to judge! Elon Musk has the intention to organize an expedition on Mars, and even the SNCF will soon install Wi-Fi on board its TGV. These technological advances could make us believe that there is nothing to discover on Earth. But do not go so fast, and before flying off to another galaxy, let's take a look together at a world map. You see, there are still many places where you have not stepped. We present here six breath-taking destinations, virtually unknown to tourists and are definitely worth a visit. Under the spell of romantic Albania Here we could recycle some familiar lines to comic readers: "All of Europe has converted to mass tourism. Any? No! A small country still resists invaders ". But truce of jokes. To be honest, tourists are wrong to despise Albania. With its coastline that marries the Adriatic Sea, this country has everything to please the romantic. Mountains that reach the sea, sparkling beaches and quaint cities, it's almost like an adventure novel of the past. On the Silk Road in Uzbekistan Route 66 makes you dream? Really? No, for us, she is still a teenager when compared to a route as mature as the Silk Road. Some 2,000 years older, several thousand kilometers long, with breath-taking panoramas and incredible stages (which have nothing to do with these New World cities), you will thank us for choosing this route. Take Samarkand, for example. At its heart, three ancient madrassas (monolithic schools) project their imposing shadow onto Registan Square. Discovering Nicaragua, beautiful and unusual Nicaragua is the country of all diversities, both cultural and geographical. The political turmoil that ravaged the country ceased decades ago, but the public hardly seems to rediscover this country of incredible beauty. Bordered to the west by the Pacific Ocean and to the east by the Caribbean Sea, the country is widely known as the land of lakes and volcanoes: a chain of active volcanoes across the country. Try "snowboarding" on the slag slopes of a volcano or paddle to an island that was once a haven for pirates. And of course, sample the traditional cuisine and local coffee. They are all merely sublime. South American Authenticity in Uruguay This neighbour of Argentina attracts every year some 2.5 million visitor. If we compare this figure to the more than 47 million tourists who stayed in Paris in 2014, we realise how marginal tourism is in Uruguay. But is this country worth traveling? Of course! If cities are enveloped in a European atmosphere, the vast majority of the country is primarily composed of meadows. They have always been protected by gauchos, the South American version of cowboys. The coastline is dotted with charming small towns and unspoiled beaches. And do not forget one detail: Uruguay is in the Southern Hemisphere. Our winter is its summer, and vice versa. This is a perfect destination to escape the cold. Georgia, unique and amazing Immediate embarkation for Georgia! Yes, but which one? We are not talking about the US state of Georgia or South Georgia (an island near Antarctica). Of course, we are talking about Georgia nestling in the Caucasus mountains. In the aftermath of the Rose Revolution, a peaceful revolution that took place in 2003, Georgia worked to make its riches known to the rest of the world. What makes this country unique are its Black Sea beaches and snow-capped peaks of the Caucasus, more than 1,200 historic sites, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, hiking trails, water sources and many more. Mineral water, charming villages and beautiful towns with intertwined alleys. Added to this is a selection of hotels to suit all tastes and a breath-taking nightlife. As much to tell you that you'd better get to Georgia fast before the rest of the world succumbs to its charms. The sweetness of Contagious Life in Laos Far East: these words refer to exotic images. They evoke a certain delicacy but also seem full of mysteries. Laos fits perfectly in this description. Unlike Thailand, its neighbour, the country is still relatively peaceful, and the sweetness of life is legendary. Here, no beach at the edge of the sea, indeed. But you have the Mekong and its meanders. Located on the side of this interminable river, Luang Prabang, former royal capital encircled by mountains covered with jungle, is the perfect embodiment of the Laotian calm. Walking through its streets by bicycle, visiting its temples, watching the people living along the Mekong, a swim in the river or following the teachings of a Buddhist monk, you soon see that relaxation is art here to live. Where to go in October: 6 destinations to enjoy the sweetness of autumn
October: is it rather the end of summer or the beginning of winter? Not always easy to say. What is certain is that winter is not yet here. So much to jump on the occasion to go mop when the temperatures are still mild, right? The following six destinations are perfect for enjoying the last rays of sunshine before winter really settles. Milan: heat and shopping In October, Milan enjoys a particularly mild climate, making the city ideal for public holidays. Take a ride to Rinascente, the luxury store that opened 100 years ago. On the 7th floor, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Duomo of Milan, the second largest church in Italy (go before noon, you will have a better view). As long as you're there, succumb to the opulence of the place and treat yourself to a good meal and why not a glass of champagne! Another shopping destination: The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, just minutes from the Rinascente. More than just a place of shopping, it is above all a monument to the neoclassical architectural style of the 19th century. Valencia: Celebrate the lovers' party At midnight on October 9 in Valencia, the pyrotechnic show announces the beginning of the day of the Valencian community but also that of Saint Donís, the festival of lovers. The tradition is that one offers a figurine made of marzipan, the "Mocadorá", wrapped in a silk handkerchief to the elect (e) of his heart. If you do not have lovers, nothing prevents you from tasting this specialty anyway. For this visit Trufas Martinez, Torreblanca or Pastelería Notre Dame. The festivities related to the day of the Valencian community generally extend over several days. They can begin before October 9 and continue 1 or 2 days later. Concerts, exhibitions, parades, fireworks, dances, music but also markets will allow you to soak up an authentic atmosphere. London: follow the vegan trend On the last weekend of October, VegFest, London's vegan festival, is held. This year the 5th edition of the event will take place at Olympia London, the historical exhibition palace of the city in West Kensington. With more than 250 stands, including renowned restaurants and artisans, you can discover vegan cuisine in all its splendor and diversity. In addition to chocolate, bread, sushi and vegan steaks, you will find other products such as deodorants or soaps available for sale. This festival will make you travel around the world with dishes from all over the world: Spanish tortillas, Greek moussaka, Italian pasta, all 100% vegan. After these culinary discoveries, rinse your throat in one of West Kensington's pubs. Brussels: French fries, chocolate but also beer Belgium is famous for its fries, but it is far from being all that the country has to offer the beer is also excellent! In all good restaurants, you can find a beer to accompany the dishes of the card. Not convinced? Why not judge for yourself? Once in Brussels, go to Nuetnigenough or Brasserie de la Ville. Rent a car to Poperinge, a small town not far from the border that hosts the beer festival during the last weekend of October. You will find no less than 100 kinds of beer from 25 different brewers. New Mexico: nature in its purest form The Sonoran Desert, Monument Valley or Grand Canyon are all renowned for their beauty, but beautiful scenery is also waiting for you after Phoenix, New Mexico. This state is known for its wilderness and boundless sky while being less crowded than Arizona National Parks. Get ready to be amazed by the jewels of nature like Malpais West or the impressive Capulin Volcano to the northeast, which you can reach the crater on a hike. From October 7th to 15th, the largest balloon festival in the world will be held: Balloon Fiesta Albuquerque. Hundreds of hot air balloons fly over the desert, creating a unique spectacle that you can observe from the ground or the sky. The price of a balloon ride varies between $ 325 and $ 450. The multi-day event is composed of various shows including fireworks. Phuket: change of scenery Phuket is famous for its beaches, but at the end of October, you can also discover the vegetarian festival. For nine days, gods and ancestors are venerated through prayers, songs, a 100% vegetarian diet and extreme ritual practices: the faithful pierce the body with various objects, walk on fire for purifying, etc. In short, a spectacle not recommended for sensitive souls. But let's go back to the main subject we are interested in: good food. If this mood does not whet your appetite, take the opportunity to sample the delicious vegetarian food. Phuket is a paradise for foodies. There is good food (with or without meat) everywhere. The city is full of excellent restaurants with prices that are more than reasonable, such as Baan Noy or O-Oh Farm Ta-Eiad. Read the full article

Where to go in September: 7 travel ideas to avoid the blues of the autumn
September is approaching and the end of the summer holidays is coming to an end. Rather than dragging your feet to get back to work or study, why not extend this beautiful summer with a long weekend or even a week's vacation? September is THE ideal month for several reasons: Air tickets and hotels are generally much cheaper than in July or August. The weather is still superb. To you the tan and bathing! The school holidays are over so that you can avoid the crowds. So, did you feel like it? Here are some ideas to spend a month of September. Big sound by the sea in Pula, Croatia Do you dream of beach, blue sky and party until the end of the night? We found the perfect spot for you: the small town of Pula in Croatia. From September 7 to 10, its abandoned fortress overlooking the Adriatic will resonate with the impressive bass of the Outlook festival. This is the biggest event of its kind in Europe, and it brings together all the music of the "Sound system culture": drum 'n' bass, dubstep, hip-hop or dancehall, you will catch your ears. If you need to rest your eardrums a bit, do not miss a stroll by the sea or a boat ride on the azure waters of the region. Relaxation assured. Oysters and Guinness in Galway, Ireland A dozen oysters and a pint of Guinness, what more? At the Galway Oyster Festival, which runs from September 22nd to 24th, you can enjoy seafood platters under the sky (hopefully mild) of Ireland. And for those who doubt some of the combination oysters-beer, no problem, they also offer champagne! Galway has been celebrating the oyster season for more than 60 years, and the ones you enjoy will have been freshly caught in the area. In addition to eating shellfish, you can follow seafood-themed walks, attend an oyster shucking championship, listen to live bands or take part in tastings at the best restaurants in the area. Enjoy your meal! An avalanche of dachshunds in Krakow, Poland. A parade of dachshunds, what do you think? Yes, you read correctly: every year, Krakow rolls out its red carpet for thousands of disguised little dogs. This year, the event takes place on September 10: run it! How did this famous "dachshund march", or "Marsz Jamników", come about? The Poles themselves do not know, but it seems that the sausages have long been appreciated in this country. Some say that the tradition would have started during the Soviet era, during the May Day parades. Owners of dachshunds then marched alongside party members, their dogs richly dressed and eating sausages in silver dishes. A roundabout way of criticising the regime. Nowadays, the parade is simple entertainment, and you'll be laughing at the sight of all the little dogs in costume fighting for hilarious titles like "the longest disguised dachshund". Hiking under the sun of Tenerife, Canary Islands The number 7 trail of the island of Tenerife is well known to hikers. And the excitement is justified: you do not risk to forget the spectacular landscapes that will see on the way. Although it is only 8.5 kilometres long, it takes more than 5 hours to cover this high-altitude trail, and only those in good physical shape should try it. On the way to Montaña Blanca, you will cross laurel forests and broom fields, and you will be able to admire dramatic black lava flows. At 2,349 meters above sea level, you will see the peak of the volcano 200 meters higher, overlooking the surrounding peaks and standing out against the azure ocean. Once back down, take a well-deserved break at Bodegon Campestre to sample local specialities. History, swimming and more in Nicosia, Cyprus It is said that the goddess Aphrodite emerged from the waves not far from Paphos in Cyprus, and it is certain that the place could not be better chosen. Shallow water, rugged rocks and wild nature, the island will charm you instantly. This is, for example, the ideal place for a quiet trip in love. Finally, for a bit of culture, the exhibition "The many faces of Venus" will begin on 1 September in Nicosia and will bring together works from all over Europe representing the goddess of love. The collection promises to be fascinating. Nature, beach and art, it will not miss anything on your trip. Centennial roller coaster in Copenhagen, Denmark You've probably heard of Tivoli, the famous Danish amusement park. But do you know Bakken? It is the oldest leisure park in the world, opened in 1583. It is well known to the Danes but little visited by international tourists. Enjoy! And even if the good weather does not turn out to be the rendezvous, park rides will put you in a good mood for sure. There are six roller coasters in Bakken, from the ultra-modern version to the oldest in Europe, all in wood. To recover from your emotions after scouring all the attractions, go to the Noerrebrobryghus, a micro-brewery where the beers are to fall. Gourmands, foodies, gourmets: direction Zurich, Switzerland In Switzerland, back to school is synonymous with Food Zurich, a gastronomic event that takes place in the capital from 7 to 17 September. Try truffle hunting in the city, where, along with a dog finder, you will locate these precious mushrooms and learn more about how to cook them. You can then enjoy it at the Drei Stuben restaurant. A little too posh for you? No problem, Food Zurich has something for everyone. Grilling courses, tasting of sausages and beers, gourmet tours, bakery workshop, dinner organised by refugees, night market dedicated to potatoes, the list is long. You just have to choose what you want to. So, convinced? Where will you go in September? Read the full article

Tips to Get luscious and sexy lips in less than 5 minutes.
If your fleshless lips despair, stop depressing. Indeed, tips can help you fill your thin lips. Yes, luscious lips please, it's a fact, it's like that. Indeed, full mouths are more attractive than others, and we can do nothing. However, if you thought it was impossible to bring a large aspect to the lips without going through the surgery box. Well, I'll take the challenge to prove you the opposite. Now it's time to discover the top of the miracle tricks I've carefully selected to make your lips luscious and beautiful in minutes! Toothbrush: No, we're not going to talk about teeth, but it's good with your lips. To make them luscious, every morning, massage your lips with a soft toothbrush. By cons, do not use the same brush to wash your teeth and brush your lips so as not to irritate the skin. It should be known that the brushing action will eliminate all dead skin, reactivate the blood circulation and make the mouth much softer. Nevertheless, you can accentuate this sweetness by depositing a little honey on your toothbrush. And presto, your mouth is less dull. Cinnamon balm: You had to think about it, with cinnamon oil!!! Because once you have applied a few drops of this miraculous oil on your lips, it causes an increase in blood flow and your lips immediately gain in density. However, cinnamon balms exist to achieve the same result. However, it remains a spice, so be careful not to irritate your skin. The honey mask: This nectar is one of the best home remedies for plucking the mouth. Listen carefully: put some honey on your lips and let it rest for a whole night. Then, the next day, rinse them with warm water and the miracle works. Your lips are full and incredibly soft! The pepper powder: So, I'm sure! Few people know pepper powder is extremely effective in increasing the volume of the lips. If your most cherished wish is to have fleshy lips, then do not hesitate to mix the pepper powder with a little water until you obtain a paste. Then put this preparation on the mouth and leave for 4-5 minutes. Well, do not lick your lips, otherwise, beware of the stinging sensation. Finally, rinse your mouth with warm water. Nothing is easier to have beautiful luscious lips and attractive as a sweet cherry. Stay in the natural: Do not worry about this little recipe and tell me something new. Mix thyme, chamomile and willow bark equally. Take a tablespoon of this mixture and cover it with 250ml of hot water. Then immerse a piece of tissue in the brew and put it on the lips for 20 minutes. This remedy of grandmother is intended to deeply moisturize and give the mouth a sublime appearance. The pencil before the balm: Instead of opting for a lipstick, color your mouth with a pencil and apply over a hydrating balm. Indeed, this combination of both creates a relief effect and brings a bright and intense rendering without drying the lips. The collagen mask: Do like some Stars test the collagen- enriched masks that apply directly to the lips. They moisturize, plump, and the little bonus, they even reduce the signs of age. You would be wrong not to try them. The lips fuller: What is that thing? It is an accessory whose beautystas are crazy. Indeed, this little sucker made a big buzz in the world of Beauty. It exists in three sizes for three different mouth shapes. And it is clear; it does wonders! Its principle is very simple: just place it on the mouth and suck the lips for 10 to 15 minutes. Then, with your finger, you must stop the pressure and then remove it. That's all, but so effective! So, I managed or not to meet this challenge with a luscious mouth in less than 5 minutes. It may be even cheaper to travel to parts of Asia (particularly in Southeast Asia) than to Europe, making the distance secondary. We have chosen ten great destinations: some more famous than others, but all will satisfy your appetite both gastronomically and spiritually. Forget your daily life: go to Laos Laos has largely not yet been affected by mass tourism and will surprise even the most experienced traveler. Thanks to the extreme contrasts of its landscapes, whose beauty is eternal, hikers, canoeists, swimmers, climbers and all other types of active travelers will feel like a child in a confectionery. Added to this are the incredible cuisine, the wonderful culture and the warmth and zen of the locals. What more? Curry Laksa in Kuala Lumpur Kuala Lumpur is a flourishing, dynamic and effervescent city. The futuristic skyscrapers in the sky and the multicultural corners of the streets have only one thing in common: food. This mix of Malaysian, Chinese, Indian and Western cuisines seems to bring everyone together. Outside the city, Malaysia continues to use diversity to create a unique country. Whether it's incredible coastline, ideal for diving, orangutan forests, dark jungles, isolated villages or international cities, Kuala Lumpur will not fail to surprise you. Taipei: City of "Heart of Asia" Taipei is a unique city that is both kitschy, cosmopolitan and contemporary. This city is certainly Chinese, but the Japanese, American and Southeast Asian influences are obvious. Taipei takes advantage of this heterogeneity that makes its charm. The mish-mash of shop fronts, street food, cafes, museums and memorials are punctuated by green spaces like gardens, streams or trees. The city that never sleeps: Seoul It is said of many cities that they never sleep. But this is especially true in Seoul, which is shadowing in New York, Mumbai and Las Vegas. The capital of South Korea combines cutting-edge architecture, Buddhist temples and ancient highways converted into urban gardens, all immersed in pop culture. In Seoul, you will easily forget the notion of time, losing yourself between temples and cafes, picturesque neighborhoods and modern skyscrapers, small street food stalls and restaurants, and soju bar, karaoke and nightclubs. A testimony of history: Xi'an Are you interested in archaeology? On the way to Xi'an. Here you will find excavation sites and museums that include some of the most important archaeological discoveries in the world. The most famous of them is the site of the statues of the soldiers and horses of the mausoleum of Emperor Qin, where more than 8000 life-size statues were buried 2000 years ago. This site is now preserved and open to the public. In the vicinity are other fantastic museums such as Banpo, a site where a Neolithic village was discovered or Shaanxi, where you can see the fossils of the Lantian Man, one of our oldest ancestors, who lived 1.7 million years ago. A bit of relaxation in Okinawa If you've ever seen Karate Kid, you may know Okinawa, Miyagi's home island. Okinawa is a group of islands, but it is also the name of the main island of the archipelago. Miles from Shinjuku subway station, the white sand beaches, turquoise waters, forests and coral reefs of Okinawa are the perfect image of an island paradise. No excuse for not going to Phuket Phuket is the largest island in Thailand and has been a popular destination for Europeans for some time. It is certainly placed at the top of the list of several travelers. No need to try to convince you to go there, you know it's a destination not to be missed. Hong Kong, the heterogeneous city The frenzy of Hong Kong makes its charm. Like a game of Jenga where the pieces represent different parts of the world, Hong Kong is a superposition of cultures, philosophies, craft creations, old recipes and new concepts related and perfectly balanced. If you are looking for calm and solitude, this city is not for you. On the contrary, if you are looking for an exciting, chaotic but organized city, Hong Kong is the place to go. Venture into the streets of the city and go where the wind takes you. Visit the mountains and villages of Yangshuo in China The scenery of Yangshuo District is beautiful. The emerald-colored fields, punctuated by the peaks of the mountains, extend on the horizon. While the countryside is popular for its hiking trails, bike paths and tranquillity when swimming in the Li River, Yangshuo has a hippie side and lively bars. Late at night. If you want to escape the crowds, go to the traditional village of Xingping, where you can enjoy the quiet, cafes and the beauty of the surroundings. Tokyo, more than just a city Seeming straight out of a sci-fi movie, Tokyo swarms like a hive. Get carried away by the wave of people crossing the famous Shibuya crossroads, watch the craziest trends in fashion and cosplay in Harajuku, visit the traditional gardens in Shinjuku and lose yourself in the nightlife of Roppongi. Do not worry, Tokyo will be true to its reputation. Read the full article

It has the power to protect cells and fight against premature aging of the epidermis. The egg also watches over the health of our nails and our hair. Then allow drying for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing. The egg harms blackheads: The blackheads usually focus on the T-zone of the face. Here is a solution to see them disappear effectively and naturally. Home recipe anti blackheads: Cut a tissue paper into small pieces. Separate the white from the yolk of the egg. Dilemma! Remove the semi-permanent nail polish without tearing the nails
You've fallen for a semi-permanent manicure that gives you peace of mind. However, after three weeks of carelessness (in the best case), comes the moment of removal. A passage that you dread and you do not enchant for fear of damaging your nails. Indeed, as its name suggests the semi-permanent varnish is made to last, so, you can imagine, to remove it, it's a little more complicated than removing a classic varnish. Do not panic; I'll teach you how to remove the semi-permanent nail polish without taking any risks or taking a risk: you need a little patience. We know, we cannot have butter and buttery money. So, we are quiet longer, but it is more "annoying" to remove. What is a semi-permanent nail polish? The semi-permanent manicure has been raging for a while because it gives optimal results to the hands and feet. Its acrylic gel composition provides incredible strength and durability that has appealed to many women. The installation of a semi-permanent varnish requires time since the nail is exposed under a UV lamp between each layer. Golden, nude, patterns - the semi-permanent manicure offers the pleasure of perfect nails for several weeks. Also, lighter than false nails, it allows a very natural effect. The rules of the art to remove semi-permanent varnish without barbarism! Your nails have pushed back, and the lunula begins to point the tip of the nose, which announces that it is time to remove the semi-permanent manicure. Despite the temptation, it is strictly forbidden to scratch the gel yourself. I know, it's very tempting, but you risk damaging your natural nails and it will take several weeks to blame. I can tell you because that's what I've done and hello the damage! Indeed, have you seen the shock photos of those who removed their varnish alone? A real horror film and the testimonials are cold in the back. The girls talk about ruined nails, split, painful, and even holes after baths in solutions capable of erasing graffiti on subway trains. They also talked about catching up, sanding and even grubbing up before confessing that it took them six months to get some nice natural nails again. Do not live this nightmare and follow my advice. Remove the semi-permanent varnish in foil: Some institutes provide removal kits, but you can remove this stubborn manicure yourself with acetone, cotton and aluminum pieces. The idea is to make small papillotes that are left for long minutes to dissolve the gel gently. The patience will be put to the test, but the stake of preserving beautiful nails is worth the candle. To save some time on the removal, some professionals advise polishing the nail slightly before starting removal to reduce the thickness of the gel. For this, take a course polishing block, which will help you to remove the layer of the top coat without difficulty. In addition, this polishing technique encourages acetone to penetrate your varnish better and facilitate its detachment. Then soak your cotton pieces with acetone solvent and drop them on your nails. Then, wrap each finger in a piece of aluminum foil and let the product work. The exposure time varies according to the semi-permanent varnish. As a general rule, the exposure time of the papillotes is between 20 and 30 minutes. Of course, after a few tests, you will feel free to adapt this duration as a result that satisfies you. Remove the semi-permanent varnish with a bath: There is also a second method to remove the semi-permanent varnish which is faster to achieve. That of the bath with acetone solvent. Simply immerse your fingers in this liquid and acetone will be right after a moment of this varnish so resistant. However, be very patient, it can take a lot of time. And to finish the removal: Finally, finish your removal by pushing the layer of softened varnish with a boxwood cuticle regrowth. The final step is to thoroughly wash your hands afterward and nourish the nails with care. Wait a few days to reapply a classic polish and to repeat the experience of the semi-permanent manicure wait several weeks. It is essential to re-oxygenate the nail by offering a small detox cure like Japanese manicure. You've seen, removing the semi-permanent nail polish by itself is a breeze, it's up to you to play now. Collagen: why they are so much essential?
Everyone is talking about this stuff saying that it is very important to stay young. But do you really know what the collagen is? Because we often hear this word in Beauty without really knowing what it means even if it is well known for its anti-aging power in many cosmetics and aesthetic medicine. Why do you need collagen? In Greek, collagen is the glue producer that holds our body together. This natural substance is the most abundant in the human body. Indeed, this fibrous protein is found in muscles, tendons, bones and is essential to the elasticity of the skin. The collagen provides a kind of frame in our body while keeping the healthy tissue, ligaments, and cartilage. Although the body naturally produces collagen, over the years and particularly between 35 and 40 years, the production of this substance begins to decline by 1% on average each year. And aging and sagging skin are the most obvious consequences. From the age of 50, this phenomenon of reduction is sharply accentuated. Nevertheless, collagen has a dual function. Indeed, its main action is to fix the calcium on the bones thus preserving the joints and preventing osteoarthritis. But, it is also beneficial for the skin because it allows the tissues of the epidermis to regenerate and preserve its elasticity. Indeed, collagen is given hydration, resistance and flexibility properties. You will understand that when the steel rods of the frame are weak, the whole structure becomes fragile. What are the actions of collagen in the skin? The collagen can better secure the skin to the muscle, and consequently, not to crush it and prevent it from relaxing. When there is a deficiency or a decrease in the production of this protein, you may notice that the skin starts to sag, especially on the abdomen if there is overweight and, on the cheeks, when the skin ages. However, the skin of the neck, arms and legs can also lose firmness due to lack of collagen. It is also used to absorb water better. Indeed, it allows the skin to be well hydrated and to have a smooth and soft appearance. It is also very important for health because the body must have the water needed to stay strong, resilient and supple. Collagen in aesthetic medicine! We have already seen all the injections of hyaluronic acid, but this time we will discover the collagen in aesthetic medicine. To smooth wrinkles or swell lips, this medicine uses bovine collagen. It is extracted from the skin of dead cows, sterilized and liquefied or from the carcass of cattle. This substance is injected under the wrinkles to blur them or in the lips to make them bulky. However, this type of collagen always ends up being absorbed by the body; it is for this reason that the effects last only about three months. However, other substances that do not come from cowhide can be used to fatten the lips. It is called Allo dermato but beware of sensitive souls. It is extracted from the skin of dead people; it is cold in the back. But this time, it is not about injections, but thin sheets of human collagens dried by the cold that can be rolled up and place after incision in the mouth. Collagen in cosmetics! It is the marine collagen that is extracted to be included in anti-wrinkle creams. This protein is extracted from residues of the agri-food industry, most often fish skin or shrimp. This substance is one of the most used cosmetic ingredients pure or integrated into the galenic forms. Know that cream with collagen cannot restore our own collagen. Because no bovine or marine collagen can replace ours. Moreover, collagen is a very big molecule that cannot penetrate the heart of our skin. Here are its benefits in cosmetology: A moisturizing effect like all big molecules, because it keeps the water on the surface of the skin. Then, collagen also has a tightening effect. In drying it reacts like a film that pulls the skin, but it is a "flash" effect, a stroke of brilliance that is necessarily short-lived. Collagen at the heart of our diet! It is entirely possible to naturally boost the collagen of our body thanks to our food. For that, fill up on vitamins and minerals. Indeed, foods such as almonds, nuts or sesame are preferred. On the vegetable side, opt for broccoli, spinach, green cabbage, beets, eggplants, and tomatoes. Now, beauty question, collagen has no secret for you. Zoom on the moisturizing cream that is all about Sephora
You know it now, I like to test for you different products, all budgets combined, to see what they have in the belly. Today, I decided to put to the test an affordable multi-use product of the Sephora brand: the moisturizing cream that does it all. Let's go! The moisturizer that makes everything, a multifunctional product Hydration is even more important in winter with these polar temperatures! Sephora's "all-in-one moisturizer" promises to hydrate our body, face, hands and even our hair! Enriched with hydrating plant milk and formulated with its Hydro Seen + TM technology, this cream softens the skin and provides it a sense of immediate comfort. You can use it classically as a classic moisturizer but also as a mask. For this last use, on the face, apply the cream in a thick layer and leave for 5 minutes then rinse thoroughly. Ditto on the tip of your hair, after shampooing, still on wet hair, you can very well use this cream as "conditioner." Sephora, moisturizing cream that does everything, € 13.95 200ml And even now at -70%, or 4,10 € 200ml! Formulated without paraben, it is dermatologically tested. It is suitable for all skin types, even for sensitive skin. I tested for you My skin at the moment is particularly dehydrated, but this mask/cream was therefore timely! Side texture, I liked it because it is quite rich, approaching a balm texture. Odor side, it is sweet, rather pleasant. As a moisturizer for the body, I loved it. Its non-sticky texture penetrates quickly; no worries to get dressed right after. That is cool! On the face, no problem too. It did not give me a button (which I feared a little, I admit ...), and I did not feel discomfort either. But I think I liked it even more in the moisturizing mask. After 5 minutes in a thick layer on the entire face (avoiding the eye area), my skin was much plumper. On the other hand, on the hands and feet, it is not effective enough if you really have these dry areas and if you tend to have cracks, crevices, and horns. Finally, as a mask conditioner, it was a flop ... I did not notice at all that my hair was more beautiful, less tangled or more hydrated. On M: First, its multifunctional side Then the efficiency (on the body and the face for my part), The affordable price (13,95 €), To finish, its sweet smell. On M minus: It's inefficiency on the hair Its composition is not ultra "clean," but we still notice an effort of the brand (because formulated without paraben). In conclusion It is a good moisturizer that I recommend, especially for the body or face mask. Convenient if you go on holiday or weekend to avoid cluttering with a thousand products. However, be careful if you want to use it on the face because it is not certified non-comedogenic. It can, therefore, provide you with buttons. That is to know! In conclusion, this is not a big favorite or a faultless. However, I could very well head back to this product if I am looking for a good moisturizer for the body!
