Positive Polly

Do you ever have those days? Those 'I can see clearly now' days. I wish we could have them all the time. The world would be a better, more productive place. Well, our Earth is already productive.. but if we could put it in a positive direction.

I spend these days thinking things like:

•Life is short, I can let go of this anger.

•Choose Your Battles.

•You could watch Netflix, but first let's work on that 'To-Do' list.

I get stuff done around the house 🏠 I apologize to Sam for my weekly dose of crazy 🤪 and I let my daughter eat that giant marshmallow she's been asking for for days. Why? Because today could be a good day. Sure, things will inevitably make me mad. I'll admit, I have a short fuse ⏳💬💣 But I remind myself that I'm not having a bad day, I'm having a bad five minutes ⌚ Accept it and move on, or you'll just bring everyone else down with you.

I'm going to start this blog from... Well, right now. I mean, that's the easiest way. Right? 💁 If there is anything you need to know, I'll tell the story, and that's basically how I'll fill ya'll in on my life. If you care enough to follow along, that is!

I am 24, I have three kids 👶👧👶 a new dog 🐶 and a love of my life (who drives me crazy) 💑 My oldest, Lacey, is almost four years old. My other two, Raina and Nadia, are almost The Big ONE! (That's right, twins; All girls 🎀) It all happens so quick! Our dog is almost two, an all black, male pitbull-bassidhound. Huge head, short legs. Super cute. Super sweet. Sam is another story all together, that you will obviously learn along the way. We've been together four, almost five, years now. (Wow... That long already?)

Anyways... We live in a house in St. Cloud, and it's the typical 'Love-Hate' situation. Love the neighbors, hate the city. Love the wall made of shelves, hate the layout of the rest of the house. Love the 'Minnesota Nice', hate the 'Minne-SNOW-ta'. You get it...

I'm a stay at home mom, which is more 'Love-Hate'. Love spending time with my girls and watching them grow, hate the lack of adult communication and the chain connecting me to the house. **Think about it.. Two babies in car seats and a toddler.. Would you want that added onto errands? I didn't think so 🙅 (Unless your answer was yes, then you are supermom🧚 Kudos 👏)

I also babysit two kids ten days a month. Some people say I'm crazy. I say, "If life gives you lemons... 🍋" The oldest, Angeline, is five; and her brother Thomas is two. Angeline and Lacey get along well, so that keeps one of my three busy. Thomas gets along whether he's with the twins or the girls. Having them all occupied helps me get stuff done around the house, and... Well, the money doesn't hurt! 🤑

I'm also a Beachbody Coach, and I run my boyfriend's account as well. So those are my three incomes! 💸 Sam also works full time pouring cement, so we keep busy! I will admit though... Sometimes I lose my mind! But who doesn't? 🤪

Everyone has their ways to cope, so I decided to give blogging a try. Surely there are others who feel the same! (or who at least enjoy reading about it)
