Love this website! it has a great collection of different tutorials and product guides, in addition to portfolios of artists and other articles. Great overall resources for everything related to digital arts.

Self Reflection…oh and Inspiration for Cards
So I came into the class earlier today, fairly certain that I would be doing card design for my final project. After the class discussion on what each person was considering, I enjoyed the brainstorming that the majority seemed to be doing with respect to what types of cards. Fortunately, the type I have in mind is quite specific to me, so I wouldn't need to feel as though I was stealing any ideas. With that said, the discussion made me realize just how much I gain from hearing, seeing and conceptualizing other peoples ideas. In general in life, I'm never one to go with the mold. I remember in middle and high school group projects my wandering mind would always take whatever concept my group had come up with and create some intriqute, overly complicated, yet creative version. I guess I state this to explain I'm not really fearful of taking someones ideas. I like beginning with a starting block to fuel my large visual imagination.
