hi all, as much as i love having lexie on her own blog --- i’m already stressed out by the idea of having three individual blogs. so i’m gonna move her back to the multi muse @ storiesunfold !

never forget that lexie can be quite spiteful even if she regrets it immediately afterwards and apologises the very same day.

“My dad has lived in the same podunk town all his life so it’s been a big adjustment having him here in Seattle.” She smiles. “That sounds like it’ll be nice.”

“It takes a lot of adjusting, getting used to. It always rains, we rarely ever get a clear sky at night.” She says with a nod. “But I like it here. I ... like spending time with my sister.” Although that hasn’t always been the case.

“Well don’t worry if you get too personal then I’ll share something too personal,” Heather tells her as she sets up one of the brain models in the lab.

“I think I’ve ... told you the most important parts about me. The, uh, the photographic memory and I’m interest in neuro as a speciality.”

           “ what? ”  there’s no EDGE to her voice, it’s light, she’s someone she never thought that she could be when she’s with lexie. she moves in close, wraps arms around her girlfriend’s waist and kisses her cheek before nodding.  “ yeah, ”  a smile,  “ yes, i’d LOVE to. ”

        lexie beams, lips curling from ear to ear. it’s their first official christmas together and lexie wants to celebrate properly with jane. she wants to spend the day with her (though that might not actually happen due to their jobs).  “yeah? awesome!” she turns her head a little to press a light kiss to jane’s lips. “i’ll call you when i finish work?”

“i figured you meant the stitches.” rayne chucked quietly, her gaze settling on lexie. this wasn’t the first time rayne had been dragged into the hospital with an injury and it certainly wouldn’t be the last ( no matter how much she loathed hospitals ).

“there! all done.” the stitches were complete and the rest of the cleaning was done, she offered a warm smile and tipped her head. “maybe you should be a little more careful, y’know? i see you in here like every other week with some injury or another.”

“You do?” Suddenly she’s interested, it’s the Shepherd in her and Amelia soon found herself suddenly getting an idea. “You wanna come check out these scans I just took? My residents all squeamish about brains and everyone always tells people to get a second opinion. You can be mine.”

Lexie nodded her head, teeth chewing her lower lip nervously. The excitement on Amelia’s face was contagious and she could feel it spreading to herself, making her bounce on her toes. “Yeah! Yeah --- absolutely. I’d --- I’d love that. I really don’t wanna be on the O.B rotation, no offence to the people who like it but brains are just ... so awesome.”

hi all, this is a christmas specific starter call !

hi all. to cut a long story short: i’m staying out at a friend’s tonight. there’s a good chance (about 99%) that i won’t be replying to anything tonight. i might be on discord but even then that’s slim. i need the break from life so that i can recoup ready for the two days of hell incoming. so, yeah !

“I do celebrate usually I go home to Montana but my parents decided to come here this year. What about you do you celebrate?”

“Oh! Well, that’s nice - right? That’s a good thing? I celebrate. I’ll probably end up with my sister this year.” Which was a change.

“That is so exciting to hear! I’m going to prep a few tests in the lab how about you tell me about yourself? Clearly, we’re going to be seeing a lot more of each other after this.”

“Oh, well, um. That depends on ... what you want to know! Personal, professional? I have a lot of things I could talk about but some of them might not be ... appropriate for work.”

     “I should be in school but we got dismissed because there was a fire at school and they told us to go to our parents and give them a note.”

           “Th---a what? A fire? What kind of school has a fire? Where’s that note? Let me see it.”

        “Well shit. I don’t think I’ve done anything wrong…or at least if I have, hopefully it’s something I can get through or at least smile through.”

       “I’m sure it’ll be fine! It’ll be totally fine. I bet he just wants to check up with you, make sure that everything’s in tip top shape. You know the chief. Loves his hospital to be running as smoothly as possible.”

“Hey, hey. C’mere.” Lexie speaks in a loud but hushed whisper, beckoning her girlfriend over. “Are you free tonight? ‘Cause if so, I was wondering if you wanted to help me decorate my tree.”
