A sad little parallel I noticed between Daenerys and Sansa

Sansa and Daenerys are two young girls who endure a tremendous amount of trauma and sadness in their stories.

They were both forced to become child brides

Both of their families have suffered at the hands of House Lannister

Both of their older brothers who they admire went to war against the Baratheons and were killed

They are pursued by older men who lust after them due to a resemblance to past loves

They both have a desire to just return home

To see these two beautiful, strong young girls who have suffered and endured so much think that no one will ever love them or they are unworthy of love is really heartbreaking to me.
