also it’s not a coincidence that a lot of the ppl who are weirdly obsessed with me and my ramblings are white, and that a lot of the ppl who are also targeted by their harassment are jewish or not white. when your entire worldview, including your view of things like gender and transness and oppression, is based in your own experience of racial and cultural whiteness, jewish and non white voices threaten that. when that happens, you have two choices: change your worldview or lash out. and historically white gentiles have always chosen the latter.

❄️When mentor and students all realize the holidays are upon them, there is a variety of moods for each. For Anju, the red-haired medic hadn't even noticed it. Frost coated the grass outside of a Capsule Corp that had long already faced--and bested the android threat that the three originally intended to prevent. To a time where, as Gohan confirmed later, was not the coordinates he had plugged into it in the chaos of the android ambush just prior to yeeting Anju here.

❄️For Trunks, the holiday and chill approaching meant long hot showers and a great excuse to beg his partner to make food after a long day spent in his [present timelines] fathers gravity chamber training with Gohan and on occasion Vegeta himself. Even though here, in a time not their own; he knew better than to slack off. The peace they were enjoying presently--although not one they had achieved yet-- was not likely to last in their own timeline. It was simply a decided fact.

❄️For Gohan, it's a struggle. Fu managed to drive both him and Trunks from their timeline....for what seemed like no more reason than a source of entertainment. It frustrates him knowing his worry over Trunks and Anju had pushed him into the brash decision of bringing both him....and the androids to this timeline. But...despite that...

❄️All three are somehow hopeful. Snow falls heavy the night before Christmas. Bulma naturally is hosting a lavish party, and all three of the future warriors are invited. Mistletoe has been hung in various doorways and hallways. With little possibilities of avoiding smooching.

❄️Trunks finds himself idling just shy of the kitchen, which oozes with the smell of cooked meats and wonderful baked goods. It made it impossible for his body not to find solace there. Besides that, his mother and partner were baking cookies. And where ever Anju was, no doubt Trunks was nearby. The lavender haired half saiyan was practically her shadow, now that he was together with her again.

❄️When cookies are slid out of the oven, placed where they can cool and be shown off, is when Anju idles just long enough to notice....the dreaded Mistletoe above the two

❄️and through several minutes of goading from Bulma and Gohan respectively, it doesn't take long before the tray is passed along and both of them--Anju with her arms slung around Trunks as he casually lifts her up enough to reach--are sharing in the festivities with a fun holiday liplock
