I am planning on porting over all my threads from Jinx and Singed, and post them here - even if we aren't continuing threads.

Jayce paused what he was doing at his desk and put the screwdriver in his hand down on his desk. 'I heard it too. By the sound of it, best case scenario it was your leg brace, worst case it was your leg or a hip.' He guided Viktor towards a chair and sat him down.

'Are you in pain?' The hunter knew it was probably rhetorical. Careful he crouched down to assess his partner's leg. Talis' brow knitted into a frown.

Hazel eyes narrowed, he glanced up at Viktor. He needed his partner's consent to move him further and investigate to see whether it was his bones, or with luck, his brace. 'May I move your leg?'

Jayce wobbled as his head swam. The winter snowfall and blizzards had caused a number of buildings' rooves to collapse. House Talis had always been the ones responsible for infrastructure. As a result, Jayce was the one responsible for rebuilding the city's homes, especially now he was on the Council. Despite being dressed for the weather, Talis had become caught in a gust of sleet and ice. Blue and shivering he had limped his way through the Academy towards the laboratory he shared with Viktor. With a grunt he shoved a shoulder against the door which opened with a slam.

Without a word, he flopped against Viktor and sneezed into his scarf. His partner's response made him move backward and collapse onto his desk chair. 'Sorry Viktor. It's much much colder outside today. It's probably best you stay indoors with the heat on. He sneezed again, absent-minded used the scarf as a handkerchief despite the fact he had a large handkerchief in his pocket. He mumbled. 'I can stay out of the lab if you want, I don't want to make you ill.'

"We're going to get you out of here."

"Nice, slow breaths, okay?"

"You're going to get better."

"I need to get you help. I need to help you."

“Just calm down. Breathe. I’ll take care of this.” Jayce gently gripped Caitlyn by the shoulders and seat her down into a leather armchair. He pressed a sterile bandage to Caitlyn's face. Hazel watched her face as she brushed off the "goop" the Hexcore had cocooned Caitlyn in. “I did what was necessary.” He sighed, he looked as though he hadn't slept in days. 'Normal resuscitation methods failed, it was a last resort. I couldn't lose you too.' Talis studied Caitlyn's, now, yellow eyes. The blue gone as the Hexcore adapted to her injuries. 'I'm sorry Sprout, I hope you can forgive me.

She sat there almost unresponsive. Everything felt like a haze to Caitlyn. But one thing she remembered was her conversation with Vi in her bed. The woman remembers it word for word and remembering that face...that maniacal face. Caitlyn bit her lip not listening to a word Jayce. What was that girl's name? Jinx? No. It was Powder. "Then a real monster showed up..." Her voice has a whispering echo to it as she found herself in that memory. "Powder..." It's full malice and hatred to her. She wanted to give her a second chance but she did this to her. "Powder..." Caitlyn got up staggering a little hissing with so much anger and tears coming from her. "POWDER!" Caitlyn roared.

'I know.' Jayce said quiet, almost mute. He stumbled backwards with Caitlyn's sudden movement. Talis reached out for her. 'Cait, whatever you do - plan it out first, and have a plan B and contingencies before you even think about going after her. You need to heal and rest first. Please. I'm with you, no matter what.'

He guided her back into the chair. 'I need to put the sterile bandages on your face and arm. The flesh isn't fully healed yet - even if it looks like it.'

He brushed her hair out of her face. Jayce sucked in a breath and held the bandage to her face. 'Sorry if this stings.'

Okay, I need to figure out where Isha is in the war during episode 8 and 9. I don't know whether she is with Jinx, Ekko and the Firelights; has ended up with Vi and Caitlyn in Piltover; or ended up with siding with Viktor (not really comprehending what is going on, she's 10) and is with Warwick. Not sure whether she would be a Hexdoll or not... Or does she end up with Viktor once he's the Machine Herald? 🤔

Isha's Survival or Not, "Dirt Under your Nails"

I'm writing Isha having survived the hextech gun blast in episode 6 "Message Hidden Within the Pattern". She has PTSD and other disabilities after the fact. I'm not sure what the disabilities are yet though.

However I'm thinking given she survives episode 6, is she with Warwick, Jinx and Vi in the final battle?

I'm thinking, if she is -- Isha intervenes and it's Isha who sacrifices herself (again) with Warwick, letting Jinx live; OR do I have it where Jinx is the one who falls with Warwick - and Isha has to go through the grief of losing Jinx, resulting her becoming practically glued to Vi's side post series 2?

OR do both Jinx and Isha somehow survive, and then find the fully/completed League-style Warwick later??

Decisions and thoughts are rattling in my brain.

Drinking to Excess

Jayce frowned but understood Vi's need to wipe the day's events from her memory.

'Agreed there, I am just ensuring you aren't going to collapse and hit your head on the hard ground.'

Not that it would happen, but more so that fact that, 'One, as a councillor it is my responsibility to ensure people are safe, and two - more importantly, if I let you get injured under my watch...' he sighed, 'Cait won't let me hear the end of it ever.' He raised an eyebrow as a weary chuckle passed his lips as he spoke.

'Neat, or on the rocks?' Talis asked, he wasn't a bartender but he knew how to pour simple liquors such as wine and whisky.
