Sometimes I feel this way

Maybe I was destined to forever fall for people I couldn’t have. Maybe there’s a whole assortment of impossible people waiting for me to find them. Waiting to make me feel the same impossibility over and over again.

At this point I’m pretty sure my anxiety has anxiety

today’s lesson I’ve learnt the hard way is: listen to your body. If you are frequently breaking down in fits of anxiety, if it is effecting your sleep. If you feel like you’re always running on an empty tank and you are both mentally and physically drained. Something is wrong, you cannot ignore what your body is telling you.
