I actually had that argument with my mom recently when she said that she sometimes does rolling stops in our neighborhood, but only later in the day when children aren't playing.

Then I pointed out that we know for a fact that there're at least two young kids in our neighborhood who are allowed to play outside unsupervised well past sundown and we've seen one of them skating by in the pitch darkness on her scooter before, barely visible. It definitely made my mom pause and actually think about her driving habits.

Please, please, please, I need you to call or email Governor DeWine before the 30th of June and tell him to veto the provision of House Bill 96 that requires libraries to rearrange and reclassify materials related to sexual orientation and gender identity so that they are not readily accessible to people under the age of 18.

This bill has already been passed as a part of the state busget, but Governor DeWine has until June 30th to review and veto it, which is why you need to call or email his office asap!
