I haven't posted on here after the lackluster response on my first art piece. It's been two years and my art has improved significantly. I've been trying recently to gain more support, and I want to get my name out there! I work very hard, I swear. Does anyone have any suggestions on improving reach?

So thanks to @incorrect-academia I've decided to start an art blog... It's @artishardbutimtrying and it's probably going to take me a while to post regularly but I love interacting with people so feel free to ask me questions and pretty much anything else!!!

Introductions!

Hi! I'm Lyr, I use any and all pronouns, and no that is not my birth name. I do have an Instagram, but it's run by my Uncle and my Mother, and I am not out to them as gender nonconforming. I will be posting on here separately so that I can have freedom with my self expression.

I have been drawing since I was 7, but I didn't take it seriously until recently. I started working hard to improve. By the time I was 15, I had an art piece that made it to state. I scored perfectly in the district competition, and nearly perfect in the state competition.

I want to make it my career. I had a major surgery this summer, so I decided to use my recovery time to try and get myself out there.
