A lonely bison photograph popped up on TV and I had to capture it. I have never seen one in real life. Heard there is a wonderful zoo around here. Need to go sketching soon. . . Advt: The toolkit I am using is a @lilorosh Smartie and I am also testing the paper quality of our new lot before it goes into the shop. I would say I am not really happy with the way it reacts to water. This was initially planned as a book for pencil and pen sketches but now we feel that we should consider artists who would wanna do watercolor washes as well. Looks like we will chuck them all and create a whole new bunch. Mjolnir. . With #Thor #rRangnarok releasing tomorrow, I did not think twice about this final #Inktober sketch. By the way, Lilo made me a new Smartie toolkit so showing that off too 😂 . These will be back in store real soon via @lilorosh . . I sad been such a fun ride with black and white. Thanks to @jakeparker and talented folks from all around the world who participated and shared their works online, October was totally inspiring. The best thing about the whole experience is the feeling of accomplishing something. The heavy dose of dopamine in blood. A little sad that I could not do all 31 but managed around 20+ drawings. On the bright side, a few projects that I had shelved has come back to the drawing desk. Will be posting soon. Trying to continue inking as a habit. You should too. Inktober 2017

What an amazing month. My Instagram feed is filled with artwork from wonderful artists all over the world. It was really inspiring to start the day going through these and making an Inktober sketch was easy since I might already have a bunch of ideas in my head by the time I am near the drawing desk. Planning to continue this inking exercise whenever time permits. Inktober got me to a point where I can no longer procrastinate on the ideas I have for children’s books. Starting with the first one this week.
