First of all... what's an agere journal?

Great question! it's a few things really (or whatever you want it to be)

It can be a journal you can use when you regress, just so you can draw and do fun activities! mostly for artistic littles who like to make and draw :3 Or it can be a journal full of information on regression, specify your regression. listing stuff like what you do when little, your favoruite things, your boundaries. these are usually made for littles to give to their caregivers. or it can be both!

Affirmations for age regressors

it's okay if your coloring books and crayons came from the dollar store. it's okay if you only have one stuffed animal, and it was a gift. it's okay if your toys came from the thrift store. it's okay if you don't have a pacifier, onesies, or sippy cups/bottles. not everyone has accessibility to agere/agedre items. it can be a struggle to safely own the items while remaining private, hard to buy them if you don't have the finances, ect. your obstacles are valid, and so are you. please know that someday you'll be able to have all the things that spark childish joy in your heart. 💗

i like to watch the play when i'm regressed, as i do not own the book, but it is definitely my one of my favorite children's stories.

however, the biggest reason for choosing it is the aesthetic, very pretty and well-designed, both the book and the play.

reminders for christian littles

jesus loves you, no matter who you are

you were made in God’s glory, and He loves you very much

if you pray while in littlespace, that is okay

if you don’t pray while in littlespace, that is okay

if you don’t always know what or who to pray for, that is okay

you don’t always have to pray out loud, any prayer is a valid prayer

christmas is a great time to regress! remember that you don’t have to follow every tradition (unless you want to)

regressing in church will be stressful, but remember that God does not judge

it’s okay to doubt your own faith, but as long as you believe in God, it is okay. you don’t have to follow every christian practice.

He forgives everything you’ve done, every mistake, every mishap, He forgives you

honor the body God gave you, what this means is that you should remember to drink water and eat food and take good care of your body!

the bible isn’t particularly known for being very kid-friendly, but if you like reading from the bible (whether it’s original scripture or an abridged version for kids) when regressed, that is beautiful

if the bible is too scary for you, that is also okay! you don’t have to read it

you also don’t have to follow scripture to the t, you can take what applies and apply it to your daily life

don’t listen to the big christian meanies! your christianity is beautiful, and you deserve support
