Holy Shit. 

I forgot that I had a blog. 

TODAY 

as I am preparing to cook up the black eyed peas i soaked over night. 

I’m in this place where i also want to make crapes with the dewberries i foraged for the other day. I want something that doesn’t use things like cheese. because well... Cheese has become my enemy . 

it makes me so freaking gassy. and its like killer farts. and SBD’s

any who.... 

what I’m getting out is Plant Base VS. Vegan. 

I am not a vegan. I have not been a vegan for many a years. i tried it for 7 months and lost it on a plate of ribs after not having food for about 2 days. 

back then I was not doing it the best way but i worked with what I knew and I did as I was learning. 

Now I am more hooked on Plant based wisdom. 

I’m in school taking holistic nutrition classes so I’m learning a bunch of shit. 

one thing that I am going to challenge in my self is living more of a Plant Based life.

Yes Vegans live a plant based life. but they live a plant based life to extremes that dont fit in to my personal life. vegan is one thing but plant based is another. when it comes to my nutrtion. my goal is to focus on Plant based being my thing. loads of veggies herbs roots leaves fruit seeds. etc

when it comes to meats. 

i don’t eat much. 

and i find that when i have more resource on hand. I will focus on what types of meats id choose to eat if I had a craving for something. 

right now we have some grass fed Lamb in the freezer. I have farm friends who raise their own live stock and they do their way of harvest for the meats. 

something id look in to later down the road but right now. its about Plant based Vs. Vegan. 

I don’t have issue with people who associate under the label. thank you for choosing your life style in  a way the corresponds to making the planet a healthier place. I love you for that. 

thats it for now. Blogs away. it been a while. nice to remember this plate form.

#nofilter #butterfly #friend today the struggle is real in the heart space. I was getting overwhelmed with my waking thoughts. I battled through it. I wrote a 5 min song, I made a healthy breakfast smoothie, I preped my lunch mean for after I return from the gym. And I sat on the back steps , when this lovely butterly came right over to me, we sat together a while, and God spoke to my heart, remember who I made you to be, my blossoming butterfly, your heart is free, so Be. My heart is free to Be. The struggles I'm going through in my mind are not aligning with my heart, I was unequally yoked for a very short season, with a mind dweller. I am a heart space dweller, so the two powers collided and chaos was birthed. I will continue to live from the heart Space. And with in a few more week this heart will be back on the road, and I'm giving the road my all. And I know right where she will lead, in to the caverns of hearts to excavate the treasures with in those I'll meet along the way. You must open the heart to let it in, you must let go of the mind to free your self from limitations this is my mantra. Live from the heart space, connects you to you .

Wasting my breath

Kus Rasme... he was a good friend until we got involved and I realized I couldn't be me around him he was projecting his own mental sickness towards me and again another mentally abusive relationship was created and destroyed, a little longer then two weeks more like a few months of confusion.. Confused that when someone says that you mean the world to them , the world really doesn't means shit to them because of how they've treated you. It's fucked up. Mental illness and alcohol abuse creates a very weak minded and weak hearted human. It distorts connections that are really there to guild you . And it affects the humans around you. It caused me to ack weak when my X partner displayed these behaviors. He dumped me . And it devastated my heart to where I couldn't let go. Didn't want to leave him alone and we all know that drives a person crazy. His darkness attacked my very being and he was wrong beyond belief as to what came spewing out of his mindset on to me .. mental abuse is a mind fuck ..
