Check-in!
Hey everyone! I’m going to have a nice art update soon with some of the dateable characters you can romance and befriend as well as some user interface stuff! I’ve been working really hard towards getting a text demo ready (with maybe a few pics within). The demo is slated to be released once I’ve written chapter two for both the forest side and the ocean side. :) Of course that sounds easier said than done! That’s eight main branching paths to take care of, and tons of branching within each path, haha!
Also out of curiosity, how do you guys feel about the player character having stats (such as intelligence, strength, wisdom, charisma, etc) and extra special endings being unlocked if you reach particular stat thresholds for certain characters? And maybe even unlocking a secret ninth dating option? ;) I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Welcome to the Conservatory
You awaken, memory of where you are and how you got there shattered, amidst a war of fantasy creatures. Immediately having to choose between the Oceanic Empire and the Forest Kingdom, you find yourself among friends and potentially lovers as you explore the world and political intrigue of Asher’s Conservatory. Will you, the displaced human, be the one to bring about the end of the war? And what’s more…can you save those who are truly lost?
Asher’s Conservatory is of the visual novel/dating-sim genre where your choices matter and affect both the outcome of the story and who, out of eight potential characters, may have affection for you!
It’s written and developed by @zoegears with the art by @crimson-sun. I’ll be posting art and content updates as development progresses, so be sure to follow!
