I've been drinking a mug of chicken bone broth first thing every morning and it has done amazing things! 👍 It curbs my hunger (did you know bone broth can have more than a gram of protein per ounce?!! That means a mug like this probably has 12 grams of protein!) 👍It reduces my bloating and reactions to other foods I am normally sensitive to. 👍It makes me feel so good, I go for a second mug in the afternoon. I keep a slow cooker full of continuous broth so that I can scoop some out anytime!.
