my muse has not been generous for drawing and illustrating, so i'm adding more written tidbits

Most of the Starfall staff lives on site, since there are communal living quarters under the main lobby, but there are a few people who live off site or have property off site.

Snowdrop is one such individual. Ever since she came into Madame Starfall's employ, she's had an area to practice crafts of many types, eventually building a home away from home for herself of the grid. She's kept it to herself from all her co-workers, and even from her employer. She's looking forward to being able to share it with someone. It's not large and grand, but it is tasteful and cozy, with everything made and installed by hand.

Kismet owns a flat in the ritzy area of Pentagram City and she often retreats there when she's not on shift. It is very glamorous and she loves to decorate the entire flat after her wings, halo and hair.

Adonis is allowed a very nice flat near Club Starfall, paid for by the Madame. he often invites many flings there and the décor is almost as lavish as Kismet's.

Faun isn't allowed to live off site under any means, but she does have claim to one of the penthouses on the top floor of Club Starfall. The décor is very natural, in the form of many plants, wicker furniture, fairy lights, and a low lying bed with a canopy of some sort of vine/fabric combo.

Since I saw somewhere that Alastor was like 7'6, the bouncers and Mamba are getting a foot added to their height

I've been gone forever since another fandom grabbed me by the throat, but have some tidbits on characters, Madame Starfall and my characters' dynamics towards her.

(this will include the workings of Club Starfall as well.)

All of Madame Starfall's workers - Crescents, bouncers, everyone - are bound to her via magical contract. With these magical contracts, they can never leave Madame Starfall's service unless she dissolves the contract. (Which she has never done in all the time of running the Club)

Those contacts also allow her to know her workers better than they know themselves, and depending on how powerful her contractee is, she sometimes gets a power boost from making a contract.

Meanwhile, all her workers get something in exchange for their pledge of loyalty and service to her.

Snowdrop wanted the ability to protect others without fail, which resulted in her being able to take truly unholy amounts of punishment without faltering. (She can take a full force attack from Alastor one or twice without collapsing!) She has thicker skin, tougher bones and faster reflexes, which make her a terrible opponent to fight in a fist fight.

Ahiri simply wanted to be able to easily sate her cannibalistic nature, so Madame Starfall turns a blind eye to patrons that go missing while Ahiri is on duty and covers Ahiri if she happens to select a high profile meal.

Mumford wanted to be stronger, so he was granted a strength that is rarely seen, even in Hell. (He's capable of leveling a building if he simply punches the right place, and thus also has the ability to add seismic attacks to his fights, in addition to his power over rocks and most earth materials)

Kismet simply wanted the chance to serve someone other than God, as well as extra funds for her extravagant taste in fashion and amenities. (There are untapped sources of wealth in Hell's scarce Oceans, and Madame Starfall has a claim to a particularly rich source of jewels and precious metals)

(There is one other bouncer I should add, but I need to discuss details with his creator; will add him on a later date)

Faun is much more power hungry and aggressive than one would think, and her demand before entering Madame Starfall's service was that she be granted a fixed percentage of Madame Starfall's power. Considering that Madame Starfall could be an Overlord if she felt so inclined, this is no small boon. (This percent is 7% and manifests in Faun as shape-shifting capabilities, with the side affect of having a much deeper mental bond with Madame Starfall, making the Madame much more aware of wherever Faun is. She is also highly protective/posessive of Faun and gets a bit aggressive if someone outside her employ shows too much interest in Faun) As Madame Starfall increases in power, so does Faun.

Absinthe wanted easy access to blood and comfort, which was easy enough for Madame Starfall to accommodate, since there are many clientele that would suit Absinthe's needs.

(I will need to discuss Amon's reasoning with his owner for me to accurately transcribe; Amon's info to be added at a later date)

Adonis was drawn to the idea of being a well known icon in Hell. He felt like Madame Starfall's publicity wouldn't be quite enough for him, so he asked to be able to bend her rules a bit and do films and other such work for large film studios, not very picky of what type. Starfall provided this for him on the condition that she be able to meet and negotiate with whatever director he was going to be employed by. (She has met with Valentino for one such negotiation, which very quickly devolved into thinly veiled, gory threats about what would happen if she found him mistreating her Sugarstar.)

Mamba did not care to make a demand of Madame Starfall, only wishing to find good work. The closest thing to a demand she made was asking for extravagant materials for her Contract bracelets (i.e. Diamonds and pink abalone, with the diamonds acting as the main 'metal' of the bracelet and the abalone acting as the jewel inlays) She did not expect Madame Starfall to deliver on her request.

Old, New, Burrowed, Blue

I have too many characters with too many interpersonal relationships and things like this end up happening.

This is were Snowdrop 'breaks up' with Madame Starfall, or at least puts an end to their fucked up... I can't call it relationship, so I'm just going to say affair. Yeah affair works.

Anyway, this takes place between this and this

Snowdrop never quite understood Madame Starfall's hatred of her. It wasn't like she was the one who encouraged Ramon to cheat on her multiple times, or encouraged him to get feelings for her.

In fact, she cracked him one across the face when she heard he was routinely cheating on his fiancée.

Apparently that set of a switch in the miscreant's head, and now she was paying for that imbecile's strange fantasies.

But what was even stranger than her scorn was her infatuation. She swung wildly from beating Snowdrop black and blue, drowning her, and ripping away her feathers to dragging her into her suite on the top floor and to her lavish bed. From scathing barbs to cuddling into her chest after a tryst on said lavish bed.

And for a long while, she dealt with it. She wasn't okay with it by any meaning of the word, but she dealt with it. It was just another aspect of Snowdrop's life.

But recently, something had changed, and caught her attention even more than the oddity of Madame Starfall's dependency on her.

Dappled feathers and devious amber eyes. A teasing smirk, or as it a smile? A business card tucked away into her breast pocket and clear interest in her. Especially if that kiss was anything to go by...

A covering of frost crawled across her cheeks and she watched the Madame's blood red fins ripple with the sudden, if slight, drop of temperature. That broke her out of her slight daydream and she began slipping away from the ocean wraith.

A trill drew her attention back to the Madame, who was blearily opening her eyes. "Leaving already?"

"This is the last time I'm doing this with you."

"You say that every time." It wasn't a whine, but it was very close.

"Well, I mean it this time. No more of whatever this is, I'm done."

"Whatever you say..." And the wraith drifted back to sleep.

It was clear she didn't quite believe her, but Snowdrop really did mean it. Even if her hopes fell out, she wouldn't entertain this shallow mockery of a relationship anymore.

And if her hopes didn't fall out...

Well...

She would certainly have something, someone, to look forward to. Maybe even someone to really, truly share things with. That silly old ring has been sitting in that box for far too long.

But she was getting ahead of herself. She's only talked to them once and even then, it was at a masquerade. But she had their name, their occupation and even their Hellphone number.

So as she gathered her discarded clothes, she smiled. At least it seemed like they wanted to hear from her again.

1. What's their position in bed?

If Faun is not preforming a Bunny Love service, she is a Dom Top. Despite her very cute appearance, she is a very vicious individual and tries to command a room despite her very petite stature. And with her partner, she often shows them whose the boss.

11. Are they loud or quiet?

She's rather quiet in general. She makes it seem bashful during services she offers, but when she's doing it because she wants to, her quietness is mostly concentration. While doing it for pleasure rather than business, her noises amount to growls, and dirty talk. Business has her making squeaks and other quiet 'cute' sounds for the client.

Her most usual partner is Amon and she has several sex toys stashed away. She pegs him often!

3: Sleeping Headcanon

Kismet is one of the strangest sleepers among the Starfall bouncers. She goes to bed, and when she wakes up, her bed is still perfectly made. It kinda disturbs her coworkers how still she is while she's sleep. Ahiri also has sworn that Kismet doesn't actually breath while she sleeps.

Kismet also has the softest sheets of anyone in the Staff housing. they do not know how she got them when she has the same salary as them.

12 Jewelry headcanon:

Aside from Kismet's uniform bouncer necklace, she enjoys lots of other types of jewelry. Big earrings, bellybutton piercings, jangly bracelets and body chains are among her favorites, and she prefers her jewelry to be in gold, and red gold.

Snowdrop's wings are pretty massive while being a bit thinner.

but also i'm trying to make a quick decision about her wings. Should her feathers grow directly from the membrane and be mostly for looks/warmth, or should her wings be funky as hell with decorative/torn up membranes and her feathers growing from the main appendage?

I'm torn between these two because I have two different form of angsty stuff based around one of these design decisions.

I did a bit of Rework on Ahiri’s design, giving her a few things and improving other design aspects.

also included a like look at how Ahiri sleeps, which is cocooned in her tails.
