Mind, it’s only natural to feel things. Being logical and feeling emotion can coexist, and you can find a healthy middle where you feel comfortable.

If in the occasion you did feel a certain way about someone, or at the least if you’re considering it, the best way to overcome this hurdle is to address it directly.

That way, you can properly process what this feeling is and if it makes you happy, to pursue it.
