Yes, the minor/side characters will get swapped! They don’t currently all have roles, but it’ll all be figured out in due time.

Yep! Though the timeline is currently set pre-season 2 (so Romeo’s swap will still have their admin powers, etc etc)

Yep--if a character swap is guessed correctly, you can assume that the person they swapped with now takes their place.
