Hello papyrus, It’s lovely to finally be able to talk to you! These questions are pretty deep so I would understand if you don’t want to answer. But, Are you aware the world around you is frozen in time? Do you remember the evens leading up to the world being pause? If you’re not aware of these things then you don’t have to answer… and try not to freak out about it! We can keep you company for the time being! :)

On a lighter note, what do you like to do with your spare time? How do you usually go about your day?

So, i'm gonna switch up how I do this next time I draw pages.

I'm gonna do more of the style I do for the little celebration doodles, because it's faster and I don't burn out as easy. (this took like 9 hours T-T)

So in simple words more comics, but COMPLETELY different style.

How I draw these pages takes, like, FOREVER, and makes me burn out easily. So if after I post the next page I REALLY change the style to what I typically do (like the little extra doodles) would you be mad? I’ll be able to make this an actual side blog instead of a dead blog lol.

I’m sorry if another Page doesn’t get posted for a while, I have a lot of things in my backlog, and I’ve started working on an animated series (which is taking most of my free time ._.) soooo Pausetale has gone to the bottom of the to do list. I am still gonna post here though! Just… less frequently.

This is my first time doing this sort of thing so advice is greatly appreciated!

Meet Pause!Papyrus!

He looks a LOT like og Papyrus

Heres some quick fire fun facts about my AU because I can:

It's very cold, its why Papyrus' gloves and scarf are stretched

The Amalgamates are still paused, but can be moved

Sound cannot travel while paused

The game is paused because a kid got it as a gift, booted it up, and closed it down in the first room because they had already watched playthroughs of the game and didn't want to play

The first words Papyrus' hallucinated was Sans calling his name

Papyrus hallucinates sound and sometimes movement in the corner of his eye

Papyrus started sleeping to pass the time

You cannot leave the playable areas and explore the rest of the underground because theres no code for that.

Papyrus tears strips of his scarf and ties it onto people he knows so if he's ever unpaused he has proof

Since the world is paused, things cannot be moved at ALL.

Papyrus learnt how to shortcut to get past doors

GUESS WHOS DOING AN ASK BLOG!

Thinking about making an ask blog

So I've had this idea for an Undertale AU, in which the only difference from original UT is that the game is paused at the start of the game, like the person isn't playing and time is stopped.

Except Papyrus

Papyrus is the only thing that is "unpaused" and your asks will be him hallucinating voices (I know such an original idea).

I'm calling it Pausetale and Pause!papyrus (so creative!). I just gotta figure out how to like, do it :/.
