(( I want to be clear here, I’m not saying that Wonder Woman doesn’t have more combat prowess than Batman, because the above points and all.  Though, it really depends on who’s writing, because a lot of writers have a huge boner for Batman and just make him invincible...

ANYWAY, the point I wanted to make was, those images don’t really contribute much to the argument.  She has super powers.  In the hands of a competent writer, OF COURSE she beats him, regardless of skill.  The only edge Batman really has is his obsessive preparedness , and as such, would have a specific Wonder Woman strategy that might make things more even if raw strength wasn’t massively in her favour, whereas I imagine she probably isn’t insane enough to have specific plans to take down all her friends.

It’s also worth noting that Batman is hardly the super master of combat.  He gets beat the hell up all the time.

The Enterprise computer is very context sensitive.  How do you think it can figure out not to open the door when someone is going to dramatically turn around and say something before they exit?

Sidenote: While she is the lead, they’ve apparently chosen to make the first officer the lead in this series, so she is not the captain.

I don’t think he means in like an edgy “look at us be racist to everybody” kind of way or anything.  I’ve watched the show and it’s mostly just him playing a character who is basically afraid of technology and being “offensive” about it to the rest of the cast, and them giving him shit for being an old man who doesn’t know how a smart phone works.

It’s still not a very good show, but it’s not what “equal opportunity offenders” implies.

ok, but why is Lex Luthor sitting in the captains chair of the Enterprise?  And why is he melting?

Also, who did he EXPECT it to say?  Does he know a lot of people who aren’t mere humans who aren’t already some other superhero/villain?

Like, either Superman has a secret identity who appears less powerful than him, or Superman hides with the underground mole people and is never seen in public unless he’s superheroing.
