Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Put olive oil, salt, black pepper, and maple syrup in a bowl and mix them together. Instructions: In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, mashed cauliflower, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, minced garlic, beaten eggs, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix the ingredients until well combined. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
