So of course he finds some kind of message left in the middle of the military base where he happens to be stationed- loud and obnoxious music that feels like something Jazz might have left, if Jazz were of a temperament more like the twins.

Finials flick back at the noise, which is grating and distracting as he reads the- "little brother?"

He has no idea what this is about.

Both note and speaker get dumped in the nearest waste receptacle before he returns to his desk. Probably some kind of prank.

Nope. Both would deserve better than being back-burner'd. And he's happier being a defender than being involved like that anyway.

And Optimus already has terrible taste in partners. It might actually reflect poorly on Sentinel to get involved there- he knows what Optimus's standards look like.

In truth, it was more of a frustration than an actual wound- though the bubbling of paint and rubber both ... definitely didn't make it look pretty. He kept his arm behind his back as he stalked through the Steelhaven, leaving the training deck- and the twins to clean up the mess.

Sparring with those two was always a recipe for disaster. Frankly, even in simulations, they had a tendency to make an absolute mess of things- so he should have been grateful that all he got was a singed right arm and a few dents more than he had previously.

Could have been worse. Could have had his servo melted beyond utility- as it was, it was just difficult to move. Not impossible.

Well.

No, not impossible. He could manage this fine. He'd just wait to find a medbot who could be trusted to keep his trap shut about this. He still had another arm, after all.
