I just remembered Gummigoo 'has' a mom. Uhhhh. Chad and Max would be the orphans then. They stole to survive and Gummigoo stole for his 'mom'. Then they became bandits together

Oh whoops- honestly I forgot that Gummi had a mom too- I still really like the idea of found family though :D//

I headcanon that Max, Chad, and Gummigoo aren't brothers. Their backstory is that they're all orphans who find each other and stuck together. That way, it can set up for either found family relations or romantic relations, depending on the au. I tend to lean towards found family as I ship Pomni and Gummigoo, but I don't mind seeing them shipped

oh I love that headcanon!! I really like the idea that they’re found family (I love that trope) personally I don’t think I could see the gators as romantic- but that’s just me. In my opinion I see them as found family and really good brothers/friends :D//
