Makaio @ ???: "Waiting for the rain to run its course?" he cocked his head to the side as he looked down at the Flareon. "Is a little water that bad for a Fire type? Surely you could make a run for it instead of having to wait?"

"However, I would catch a nasty cold if I tried to book it home right now! Seems I'm just a little more sensitive to it."

"I got pretty sick because I was out in the rain all day once, so now I try to be careful when I know I have to be out in it!"

The Flareon shrugged, looking out at the rain, "Anyway, right now I'm trying to plan when I leave; the rain should be stopping soon…"

*Hope approaches quickly to get out of the rain. Too wet for a fire type. She sits nearby.*

Hope: Rain, am I right? My feathers get absolutely soaked from it. Good job you were able to find some kind of shelter. What's brought you out here during such weather?

"Oh, another traveler! I seem to have caught you out in the rain, I do apologize."

"As for why I'm out here…"

"It's one of my job's duties to take care of it! I made it rain to clean off the dust and grime." She beamed with pride,

"I just finished, though, and I was waiting for the rain to die down."

"Y'know, it's not often that we get visitors to the shrine, so thank you for stopping by!"

"Even if the circumstances were a little less than dry."

Clarent: "Are you waiting for the weather to clear up?" The Bisharp asks, ducking down but not making her way beneath the tree, worrying she may be too tall, "Or are you simply enjoying the rain? That's not odd for a Fire type, is it?"

"I do apologize! I've caused this sudden deluge!" The Flareon stammered, beckoning the Bisharp out of the rain,

"I was just watching it a little since I finished my work… seems I zoned out a bit."

"… It does seem odd, doesn't it? One who is of fire using water, and out enjoying it? My teachers gave me this strange round metal object and all of a sudden…"

"I could make it rain!"

"So I've been using it to help me with my cleaning… and it's been quite fun."

"O-Oh, but, excuse me, I do tend to ramble sometimes." She laughed bashfully, then turned to the other 'Mon and smiled,

"It's a pleasure to meet you!"
