An butch superhero with super strength does not live in a city where there is a big threat from supervillains. Instead, she ends up saving the same woman time and time again. It turns out the woman also has super powers, but her power is bad luck. However, she has learned how to manipulate her power, and uses it to her advantage (for example, getting the hero to save her many times). The two then team up and move on to a new city as a superhero duo to fight against actual supervillains.
