keith thinks violence is justified or deserved when, as seen with king lubos and the first battle with zarkon (’this is my chance to put an end to the galra empire. i have to take it!’), innocent citizens have been led and subsequently damaged by a corrupted leader, king, emperor, etc. he’s the one who calls people out when they’re being stubborn or not ending an argument long after the dust seems to have settled, and he hates when people think themselves as ‘holier than thou’.

best moment would be getting to know krolia as both a person herself and as his mother. the time on the back of the quantum abyss creature was the highlight of his adventures in space.

what does he miss most from earth?

he misses the desert. although there are different desert-like atmospheres in space, it just doesn’t compare to his home back on earth.

any headcanons about how his life would’ve turned out had his father not died?

if keith’s father (i call him ethan, btw, so if you ever see mention of an ‘ethan’ in my threads, verses, etc., that’s my name for papa kogane) had survived, i think he would’ve helped keith in looking for clues about shiro’s disappearance and subsequently co-piloted the red lion had he chosen to go up with keith to space. cue tearful reuniting moment with keith’s mother and being proud as all hell of keith for enduring what he had. his dad would not have put up with keith’s expulsion from the garrison at all, as well.
