LUCINDA'S ESTATE

Nestled on the edge of town, this sprawling estate once belonged to Lucinda's grandmother, Lucille, a renowned medium known for her uncanny abilities. After Lucille's mysterious passing, Lucinda inherited the house, along with the gift of sight. Though not as skilled as her grandmother, Lucinda is beginning to uncover the secrets of her lineage, unaware that the true nature of her inheritance runs deeper than mere spiritual power. Unseen forces stir within the estate’s walls, hinting at an ancient curse, a hidden past, and a secret Lucinda has yet to fully understand: she is not just a medium, but the very reincarnation of Lucille… and something much darker lurks beneath her family’s legacy.

TARTOSA PARADISE VACATION

One of the largest and oldest estate in Tartosa has now been converted into a rental for those who want to spend a few days in paradise. It’s located close enough to the beach, but you will have everything you need on the property so there will be no need to leave it if you don’t feel like it.

LAST DAYS OF SUMMER

I have to say, after mediterranean homes, farms are my favourite thing to build. The summer has ended abruptly here where I live, so I really wanted to go back to those last days of August and imagine spending them somewhere far away from any form of civilisation.

This is a renovated small farm, mostly used for vacations, but I could easily imagine living here every day. It has two bedrooms: one for the parents and one for their two daughters.

MY DREAM HOME

This was inspired by @felixandresims Grove set and by the fact that I've always wanted to live in Italy, somewhere by the sea. I imagine living in an old villa, with a blend of old and modern furniture.

WINTER IN WILLOW CREEK

This old estate has belonged to the Baker family for a very long time. But when James, his wife Josephine, their teenaged daughter Theresa and the twin boys, Stefan and Anthony, moved in after James inherited the house from his father, they decided it was time to renovated it. Some things were kept as they were, others were restored and a lot of new things were bought. They wanted the perfect mix - an old classic manor with a modern feel to it. Just in time for their first winter holiday in their new home.

MODERN COUNTRY RETREAT

I felt really inspired by the latest collaboration between @harrie-cc and @felixandresims to build this country home. I think that this would be the perfect vacation home for an artist and his family, but, of course, you can use it as a residential. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and also an art studio.
