Simulation Is Not Free (Part Two): Venue Memberships and Fees

Venue Memberships and Lot Fees

I had a lot of people make add on requests for my Simulation Is Not Free mod including fees for lots and membership fees. Some people wanted a plug and play solution and some people wanted membership fees so this is my attempt at trying to accommodate both of those requests.

Features:

New Lot Traits:

Bowling Alley, Skating Rink, Cinema

Memberships:

Sims now have the option to purchase memberships (i.e. gym membership) or admissions discounts (i.e. members receive 40% off admissions) to certain venues on the computer. Your membership/discount pass lasts 10 days. You will receive a reminder that your membership/discount pass is near its expiration and can renew. If you don’t, your membership/discount pass will expire and you will receive a notification of expiration but you can still renew at a later time.

Lot Fees for Venue Types:

Sims pay a flat fee upon entering lot. Flat fee varies based on discounts available including memberships and passes. You must put the Lot Fees lot trait on the lot for this to take place.

No More Bad Clothing for Townies

So in my game my townies like to spawn in the ugliest outfits, or outfits that don’t fit them at all. All my townies like to show up in City Living outfits and Vampires outfits. And EVERY SINGLE ONE likes to wear this really hideous eyeball ring from the basegame, along with a fedora or the star glasses. This mod disables these clothes from showing up on townies.This only affects NEWLY SPAWNED townies, not preexisting ones, so keep that in mind.

This is NOT a hider for these clothes, it will still show up in CAS so you can decide which sims will wear these outfits. This mod also does not give the townies good fashion sense. They will still probably generate in random outfits. There is no surefire way to stop this unless you stop every outfit for random, but then what would townies wear?

There are separate downloads here one chose which ones you need, as you don’t have to download all of them.
