3N’s Guide to Aurebesh Fonts (2021)
by 3ND-RA & Ender Smith
updated 29 Jan 2021
Aurebesh, one of countless writing systems used throughout the galaxy, is an alphabet used primarily to transcribe the official language of the Galactic Republic/Empire: Basic.
The aim of this guide is to help you choose the most appropriate and accurate Aurebesh font for a given purpose, (taking it for granted that Aurebesh is the most appropriate writing system for your purpose—a bold supposition, which we shall re-evaluate in a future guide).
Priority will be given to fonts that have appeared on-screen or in other official capacity in current Canon media. Therefore, all of these fonts may be termed “Canon Accurate,” and recommendations will be based upon use-case.
TL;DR - You probably want to use this font.

Enfys Nest's Poem
Alt Text: Enfys Nest's helmet is decorated with a cermonial poem, written in a script known as "Dishabesh." However the version of the poem seen in concept art differs from the version seen in the film.
Both versions were written by SOLO's co-costume designer, Glyn Dillon.
In the film, the poem reads:
UNTIL WE REACH THE LAST EDGE THE LAST OPENING THE LAST STAR AND CAN GO NO HIGHER
Whereas the concept art version reads:
THEY KILLED MY FATHER TOOK MY MOTHER LAY WASTE TO MY HOME LEFT US FOR DEAD I SURVIVED NOW I WILL RISE UP
And I was content to simply know that both versions exist, until I realized how satisfying it was, poetically, to combine them—affixing the concept version in front of the final movie version...
COMBINED ENFYS NEST POEM
THEY KILLED MY FATHER TOOK MY MOTHER LAY WASTE TO MY HOME LEFT US FOR DEAD I SURVIVED NOW I WILL RISE UP UNTIL WE REACH THE LAST EDGE THE LAST OPENING THE LAST STAR AN CAN GO NO HIGHER

If you can read the Aurebesh without squinting, it's whitewashing
(Font is Aurebesh AF by @aurekfonts on Twitter)
@unwhitewashthebadbatch
Bonus:
Kanan Jarrus— Rebels vs Bad Batch (Kanan Jarrus is not white! This has been confirmed by the creators!)
Saw Gerrera— Clone Wars vs Bad Batch (neither are as dark as Forest Whitaker's skintone or Saw's tone in Rebels, but if you want to argue they're basing TBB!Saw off his original Clone Wars appearance, this shows otherwise, and if you argue they're trying to meet in the middle between TWC!Saw and R1!Saw, then the result should not be lighter than both of them. That's basic math.)
Note that this is just skintones— hair texture, hair color, eye color, facial structure and voice portrayal are just some of the myriad forms of whitewashing employed in The Bad Batch that have nothing to do with skin color.
