The automatic concealed urinal flusher valve is mainly composed of 2 parts —- faceplate with an infrared sensor on the wall and control box with a flush valve inside the wall. One faceplate can match with some different control boxes. We provide various of flushing systems for different applications. People can select the one which fits their requirements. High level with brass valve and stainless steel housing, or cheap flush valve with plastic valve and housing.

How does automatic urinal flusher valve work?

After introducing of four key parts, I will let you know how an automatic urinal flusher works.

Usually, a solenoid-actuated diaphragm valve is used to start and stop the flow of water.

When the presence sensor detects any object coming, the sensor will give a signal to the solenoid valve to let the water flow out for 2 seconds pre-flush.As soon as the presence sensor detects the absence of that object, it will instruct the solenoid valve to open again to have 6s flush. The program will also control the solenoid valve to open in 24 hours.
