[@autumnanna asked, “Childe fanfic?” ]
Well hii dear friend, you asked me for a Childe fanfic but I accidentally deleted your question. So here I am again, starting from scratch. Here is your long awaited royalty theme fanfic for a Childe simp like you. As for everyone else, this is my ever first fanfic on Tumblr. This story, consider this as a self insert. You guessed it, a character x reader fanfic! Just a heads up, you are portrayed in this story as a female but you’re free to ask for a male version. If the title is incorrect Latin, I’m sorry. I used Google translate. Enjoy!

Omnis Hiems
Childe (Tartaglia) x Reader
The treacherous cold weather suddenly crawled itself into the unnamed village. Its inhabitants frantically ran inside their warm and cozy homes to shield themselves. Their mothers, their fathers, their children, and their pets slowly dissipated, except for a young man. He wore a gray uniform with a red scarf wrapped around his neck. He adjusted his cap and stared into the blurry blue sky.
As the snowflakes glided past him, he smiled and said, “Ah yes…pure white, like the light of the moon. The perfect backdrop for my lady to rise.”
He chuckled and treaded away from the town. As the tiny homes disappeared from his sight, as an extravagant castle started appearing from the fog. It was embellished with icicles. A frozen lake surrounded it. A ice bridge formed in front of the man. He continued walking towards the colossal doors that stand proud above him.
Once he reached it, he immediately kneeled on one knee and uttered, “My Lady, it is I, Tartaglia, awaiting for your presence. Snow has fallen and the people have fled. You may embrace the cold night.”
Suddenly, the doors flung open and cold air rushed inside. That was Tartaglia’s cue to enter. He ventured into the abode. He’s been in this fortress multiple occasions yet he always felt strange. Every winter, he watched the cold air transform the empty castle to the world of luxury. Without the cold air, the home would be nothing but a building. The air turned and twirled as each piece was set in stone. The final and most important piece was a throne encaged in ice, placed in the middle of the entire palace. Within it, was a young maiden resting on the throne. She appeared pale and skinny. Tartaglia knew she had been resting there for many months. Now was the time to release her. He slowly walked towards the throne with nervousness. Deep down, he knew he was the only person who is able to free her. If all fell down, she could succumb to the cold. That’s clearly something nobody would be pleased to endure through. His thoughts were halted as he was face to face with the ice. He looked up and down at the whole thing. This grew the last time I saw it. He gently placed his hand on the ice. In an instant, he heard a crack from within the glacial barrier. The cracks intensified as some pieces started breaking off. Tartaglia cautiously moved away and watched the whole structure of the ice shattered into tiny bits. The maiden was the only thing left, still asleep on the throne.
Tartaglia strolled even closer and tapped the maiden’s shoulder. “My lady…I mean Y/N…it’s time.” Y/N slowly opened her eyes as she wearily stood up from her throne.
“That voice…Childe…is that you?”
Childe was a name that only Y/N could use for Tartaglia. Knowing that her consciousness was steadily recovering, he breathed a sigh of relief as he took of his jacket and wrapped it around the shivering maiden.
He whispered, “Yes it’s me. I’m here now” He grabbed her frail hands and gently stroked it. Y/N softly smiled at him. Childe snapped back to reality and plunged himself onto the ground, kneeling. “Er…I-I’m so sorry my lady. That was very foolish of me. I’m merely a servant and you’re divinity. I should not have done that.”
Y/N slowly lowered herself onto the ground. She wrapped her arms around Childe and whispered, “It’s alright Childe…spare the formalities. It’s just you and me in here.” Childe hugged her back. He started tearing up.
He choked, “Y/N…I-I don’t think you understand how long we have been separated. I was waiting for this moment…”
He buried his face in Y/N’s shoulder and sobbed. Y/N, now fully conscious, wiped the tears off his face. She released him from her embraced and took him by the hand upstairs. They shared a quiet moment, processing the events that had just unfolded. Y/N awakened from her slumber and was trying to catch up with the world. While Childe, he was part of the world that left Y/N behind. It made his heart ache. Their thoughts leeched onto them as traveled down the hallways until they reached what appeared to be a bedroom.
Y/N let go of Childe and said, “Wait here, I need to change.”
She shut the door and noises of drawers can be heard from within. Childe knew immediately what was happening. Y/N couldn’t rule the land while looking like she came out of the hospital. He took off his hat and ruffled his hair before he placed it back on. Shortly after, the bedroom door flung open as Y/N in a navy blue dress, with diamonds meticulously placed. She did not look like the Y/N Childe saw a couple minutes ago. She looked the same from last winter but enhanced.
Childe was in awe at the sight. “You look gorgeous.”
Y/N smiled while twirling around. “You think so?” Childe nodded in response. “Oh one more thing.” She raised her hands towards her head and ice particles started forming around. They snapped in place into a shape of a crown. “Finished.” She reached her hand towards Childe. “Let’s go. We have business to attend to.” She handed him his jacket. He took it and wore it.
“Yes my lady.”
Childe took her hand and they walked back to the throne room. He noticed that all the ice from before had completely vanished. As if nothing ever happened. Y/N approached the throne and sat down. Childe positioned himself next to the throne and faced the door.
He leaned over to Y/N and asked, “Are you ready my lady?”
She looked up at him. “Ready as always.” They shared a smile and directed their attention towards the door.
A voice shouted from outside. “Our highness has awakened. Open the gates!” The doors open as a slight shine of light soared into the castle. It was finally time for them to carry out their duties.
This phenomenon comes and goes annually. It is something Childe and Y/N grew accustomed to, yet something felt different every time. It could be the aging state of the castle, or the flourishing appreciation they have for one another. None of them know. Something for sure is that this moment is what they always look forward to every winter.

A Diluc fanfic? 🥺
Hello, my dear friend! Glad you asked me because I can surely cure your need for a good Diluc Fic. From yours truly! Enjoy my favorite little Diluc simp!
Summary: You are an heir to a royal family and you find out that you are catching feelings for none of the princes, and rather the bartender.
TW: ALCOHOL AND BEING DRUNK!!
Word Count: 1,399 words, 7,565 characters
Fem!Princess!reader with bartender Diluc
. . . . . ╰──╮ ╭──╯ . . . . .
You had just thrown on your hairpiece when you heard the commotion from downstairs. You knew what was happening tonight. You were of royal blood, specifically the only female heir to the family. You had to get appointed to a prince tonight, and get ready for your arranged marriage. You were highly nervous, as the letters you received from all the princes that were coming made you feel uncomfortable. Yet, you couldn’t disobey your family. You sighed and slowly made your way downstairs. You hung your head low as you made it down the steps. Horns announced your presence, as you could hear claps and cheers from both the potential princes and their families. You sat down on the chair on the middle of the stage. The horns are lowered and your father announces that the night has officially begun. That had made you even more nervous, as one by one, they tried to talk to you. Yet, you didn’t say a word.
“Awh, princess. Are you a little shy? Don’t worry, I can help with that.” One of the princes spoke, suggesting something more than just helping. Yet you still did not speak. You were not allowed to move, and if you wanted something, you had to ask your butler for the thing you needed. You thought that maybe you could have maybe just one drink to calm down. You looked over to your butler for a glass of wine, and he walked off to grab a glass. While your butler was gone, you scan around the room. Everyone was chatting and having a grand time. But one fellow caught your eye. There, at the bar table, stood a male with bright red hair. It was put up into a high ponytail and was working as fast as lightning. He looked rather elegant doing so. Grabbing glasses, pouring wine into them, taking glasses away, and refilling them. It looked like he was doing a waltz. You couldn’t stop staring at him. As if he could sense your eyes, he turned around, looked at you, and then continued his work, but now with a soft grin.
You couldn't believe your eyes. Out of all the contestants that have poured their hearts over you; you wanted the only guy that was not only NOT a prince, but not even of royal descent. The butler came back with the wine, as he made sure that you held onto the glass to refrain from spoiling your dress. You held it with both of your hands and examined the wine. Nothing out of the ordinary seemed off about it, so, cautiously, you took a sip. Your eyes lit up as you tasted quite possibly the best wine you've ever had. You continue to sip it, tasting its heavenly flavor.
You look up to see that the bartender was looking back up at you, with now fewer customers, so he didn't have to work as fast. You looked back at him and shyly covered your red face. To save the princes and you from anything brash happening, you quickly leave the ballroom, wine glass still in hand. You've never had wine so good before, which left you practically drinking it like water. You rushed yourself outside even before your butler noticed you were gone. You NEEDED to sober up before the ceremony begins.
The bartender noticed you were also gone from the stage, which meant that something was wrong. He turned over to his assistant and whispered into his ear.
"Keep the bar running. I'll be back momentarily. The princess ran off with the wine."
He rushed through the crowds of slightly drunken people in search of the princess. You. He reached the garden area, assuming that's where any princess would run off to in search of privacy. There, he found you, barely able to hold onto the glass, and your eyes barely focusing on the area around you. For lack of a better word, you looked extremely drunk. It appeared you were a lightweight, and couldn't take much alcohol, to say the least. The man walked up to you and kneeled down beside you. Your already red cheeks flushed more, seeing his handsome face before yours.
"Princess, are you alright? You ran off suddenly, and the ceremony will start soon." The bartender said.
"The...ceremony?" You ask, slurring a little.
"Yes, the ceremony. Do you...need some time out here...? Alone...?" He asks, worried.
"S...stay here..." You tug on his sleeve, asking for him to stay.
I really have a bar to get back to...but if it's for the princess's sake...I'll do it...
"Fine then, if you insist. I will stay for however long you need me to." The man said, sitting next to you, and taking the glass out of your hand.
"I only intended...to use this wine as a means of...relaxation..." You said, shamefully.
"I see...well, let's take a walk. Hopefully, it will sober you up, my dear." The man got up and put his hand out for you to take it. You wobbled, but eventually, you got up using his help. The pair of you wandered the gardens, you drunkenly explaining the random objects you two see along the way. Eventually, the topic on who you were going to marry was brought up.
"So, your highness, have you decided who you are going to wed?" He asks.
"N-no...actually...I see no appeal...in those who have wanted to wed me..." You say.
"But Y/N, you must wed someone by the end of tonight. Please, I beg of you, you need to choose someone." He says, looking down at you.
You stop walking, looking into his eyes. Though drunk, he looked just as handsome, maybe even more handsome right now. You grinned and looked at him from head to toe.
"Mind if I...ask you your name...?" You asked, grinning still.
"Diluc. Diluc Ragnvindr of Mondstadt. Why do you need to know?" Diluc asks.
"I think...I know who I want to marry now..." You say, giggling.
"Oh? Who is it, your highness?" He asks, holding your hands.
"...you." You fall into his chest, already falling asleep. Diluc was astounded by your answer. Him? Just a simple bartender catching the eye of a royal noble? It felt surreal, yet, he couldn't help but hold you close to him to prevent you from falling. His heart beat faster and faster.
"Y-your highness...I...I can't possibly marry you!" He begged.
But you were already asleep in his arms. He sighed and picked you up bridal style as he carried you back inside the castle. You located the king and gave him a slightly less detailed story of what just happened. He agreed to have him carry you to your room and lay you down for the night. He tucked you in and wiped the hair that was in front of your face.
"For whenever we meet again...I hope this wine glass reminds you of me. Your highness...I will do anything in my absolute power to find you again...and maybe this time...I may have an answer for you."
He walked off and closed the door behind him. You fluttered your eyes open and couldn't help but smile.
He was very subtle in his response. But he too loved you.
You hoped you two would meet again.

Rough Day at Work - Tartaglia Fanfiction
Genre: Fluff, soft romance 🥰
Summary: Tartaglia comes home from a long day at work, exhausted and hurt
Modern AU!!!
750 words 3,845 characters
You had told your fiancé, Childe, to make sure he didn’t overwork himself. He had come home the day before telling you he had pulled something in his leg. As a good partner, you wanted to help him and make him feel better. You treated him to a nice, healthy and hearty dinner, put a brace on his leg so he didn’t move it as much, watched his favorite show (He’s found out that Assassination Classroom is a good anime) and of course, you couldn’t forget some romance in there. Tonight was different. He had texted you he would be a little later than usual. No biggie, you would just make dinner later. Now he’s 45 minutes late and you’re worried. Pacing around the kitchen, you worried about what trouble he was getting himself into.
Then there was a heavy but slow knock at the door. You knew it had to be him. You answered it, and Childe stumbled inside. His hand was over his nose, and he limped on one leg, you helped him to the couch with worried eyes.
“Hey love…sorry you’ve gotta see me all beat up…” Childe said, looking away with a look of guilt.
“No…! It’s okay! I’m just…what happened?” You ask, getting up to grab him a tissue for his nose.
“I’ll…explain.” He sighs and accepts the tissue for his bloody nose. “Today was a bit…rough. I was already in a bad mood because people at work were being rude…but as soon as I stepped out after clocking out, I got punched in the face. It was one of my clients who wasn’t too happy about the answer I gave them. They were upset that I couldn’t get an appointment that day because it was too late and I was getting ready to head out. They knocked me out, and one of my co-workers saw it and took me home…” You rub his back, sympathetically.
“Does your head hurt? I can grab an ice pack. And your leg, does it still hurt? Did you break anything?” You bombard him with questions he wasn’t quite sure how to answer just yet. He tried to get up and grab an ice pack himself but his legs gave out, and you had to lay him back down on the couch.
“Baby, you’re hurt, so let me take care of you, okay? And take a few days off, you can’t go to work looking like you just threw yourself into a bar fight.” You get up and fetch him an ice pack and you put it on his nose. He smiles softly. “Thanks, love.” He says.
“You’re welcome. Do you want anything specific for dinner?”
“Surprise me.” He chuckles, as you smile and walk off to the kitchen. He lays back, shutting his eyes and relaxing while the smells of herbs fill the house. You turn around to see him taking a nap. You giggle and finish up making the meal. You also prep some tea for the both of you. This tea has some healing properties so it will help him mostly in the long run. You made him chicken and rice with a side of steamed broccoli. It was healthy and filling. You go over and gently wake him up.
“Baby, dinners ready.” You say with a warm smile. You got him his plate along with yours just so he didn’t have to get up and strain his body more.
“Wow…this looks really good…but uh…what’s in that cup?” He asks.
“Tea. Try it and tell me if it needs anything.” You say.
“Mmmm…maybe a little splash of honey will do.” He says, sniffing the tea after.
You add some honey to it and he tastes it again. He gives a thumbs up and you two enjoy your dinner. You didn’t tell him that the tea not only had healing properties, but it was also calming. It was a tea you used all the time when you were sick. You turn around and kiss him, his cheeks slightly flushing and his eyes closing. He holds your hips as you hold his cheeks.
“I love you…” He says, softly.
“I love you too. Do you want to watch Assassination Classroom?” You ask him.
“Mhm…” He says as he cuddles up to you. Together, you watched the show until you could hear his soft snores. You stroke his hair as he rests peacefully on you. You both fall asleep on the couch as your day comes to a close.

Coffee Date With Itadori!
You had just finishing texting your boyfriend, Itadori, to see if he would like to get some coffee. He excitedly agreed, always happy to be spending time with you, the one he loved and cherished. You both had decided you wanted to go somewhere quiet. He also noticed that you had also kept talking about coffee and how much you craved it. Thus, the perfect place to go!
You both had dressed up and texted each other you were ready. When all of a sudden, he texts you.
‘Hey, I’ll be there soon. Don’t grab your car.’
You had smiled, seeing how much he genuinely cared for you. He even picked you up, just to spend more time with you. It didn’t take him long to get over to your small apartment. He knocks.
“It’s me, Y/N!” He said, excitedly.
You walk over to the door. Your looks mesmerized Itadori for a few seconds. He laughed and rubbed his neck, sheepishly.
“W-wow Y/N. You look…really nice!”
“Hehe, thank you. Now, let’s go, huh?” You said, smiling.
He grabbed your hand and walked down to the elevator with you. Of course, what’s a date without Sukuna having to pitch in?
“I dunno why this loser had to choose YOU of all people. A coffee date? Lame.”
Itadori put his other hand over the hand that had now started growing a mouth and one singular eyeball. But now his other hand now had the face and eyeball. It laughed before Itadori shoved part of his sleeve into the mouth, muffling its sounds.
“Ah! Much better! Sorry Y/N. He can be a little rude. Now…where were we, huh?” Itadori held your hand tighter and walked you towards the elevator.
Flash forward a few minutes, your in his car, which has the faint smell of flowers and a bigger scent of cherry car freshener. Probably to cover the scent of fresh flowers. You found it cute, seeing how he took the time to also buy you flowers before the date. You didn’t tell him, though, just to preserve the cute awkwardness you’d see on his face as he gave you the flowers. The coffee shop you mentioned wasn’t too far away, but it was newer and usually always had a long line in the morning hours. It was late afternoon, so the line was pretty short. He concentrated on the menu, wondering what you would get so he could copy you. You took your order and he—as expected—copied you.
Waiting for your order was the hardest part, because all you wanted was your coffee. The smell of it was all over the place and you couldn’t escape. Itadori smiled and looked into your eyes.
“Are you excited to try the coffee, babe?” He asked, poking your arm.
“Yeah! Actually I can’t stop my mouth from watering…” You said, holding his hand again. In a matter of minutes, your order was called, and the both of you stood up.
“No-no! Babe! Sit down, I’ll get it.” He waved his hands frantically in the air, and then sat you back down. He brought back the drinks and sat yours down first.
“I’m not going to drink until you take your first sip!” He says, grinning from ear to ear.
You take a sip of the coffee, and your eyes light up with joy, and then you take another bigger sip. He got the memo and took a sip of it as well.
“Oh my GOSH Itadori! This is SO GOOD!” You exclaim. He giggles as your childishness, and you both talked the afternoon away with coffee. You exchanged smiles, laughs, memes, and so on and so forth. At the end, you both were longing for more, but you had to finish something up at home, so the date ended in the evening. When you got to the car, he got there first and rummaged through the backseat. He came out with a bouquet of flowers. He handed them to you.
“I thought these would be a nice addition to your apartment!” He sheepishly held them in your hands with his. You noticed his blushing face and you blushed too.
“Thank you, Itadori! That was very sweet of you.” You kissed his cheek and his face went completely red.
In the end, he brought you back home, and you spend the night away just texting him about your day.
A/N: Sorry that I’ve been inactive! School is crazy but finally I have more time! 🧡🧡

Can you do yandere modern au sukuna x otako reader
Thank you so much for asking! Of course I can! Please enjoy!
You’re on Your Damn Games Too Much.
It was late afternoon, and you were grinding domains on Genshin Impact. You needed some things for the newest character to come out, and you were so excited for his release. You were in the middle of a domain when you heard the door open, and a sigh follow. The man behind you groans and stands next to your chair. You ignored him for long enough and he got annoyed.
“Hey, Y/N. Get off. I’m bored.”
“Just a second Sukuna…let me finish this domain and level up Zhongli…”
“I’m not gonna ask again.”
You swiftly turned around to face him when you saw a rather shocking sight. His hands, his clothes, all covered in bright red blood. He covers your mouth before you could scream.
“Don’t scream, it’ll disturb our neighbors.”
You were shocked, never having to deal with Sukuna being all…bloody. And now blood is on your face? Feels like a scene off of a visual novel. He uncovers your mouth, and grins.
“Like what you see, my little princess…”
It felt more like something from Yandere Simulator. Which, earlier in that day, you were in fact playing it before getting bored and playing your favorite game for the rest of the day. He draws a little heart on your cheek with the blood and he keeps smiling.
“Cat got your tongue…?”
“I…how did you…what?!”
“I saw someone looking at you weirdly yesterday while we went to go get coffee. Don’t worry, they won’t be bothering you anymore.”
You always knew he was the type of guy that would kill for you, but you never expected that he would ACTUALLY KILL SOMEONE.
“Oh princess…don’t give me that frown. They’re gone now…eliminated…”
“I…”
You were rather speechless, but found it strangely romantic. He would get himself in jail for you, kill someone for you. He would even die and come back to life for you. If even one person judged you for getting passionate about your games during a conversation, he would let them know how he felt about it. Nobody. I mean nobody interrupted you or hurt you for something you loved.
Nothing.
Nobody.
A/N: Thank you again for requesting this! I loved writing about a yandere Sukuna. I feel it fits him rather perfectly.

Headcanons about Sukuna: Reacting to the modern world
🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️
To start, Sukuna isn’t quite adjusted to the modern world, and has probably no idea what half of the things people use nowadays. Here’s what I think he would try to do with these “foreign” objects!
Always tries to one-up the washing machine, claiming he could wash clothes even better.
“Shut up! I can wash clothes myself!”
He’s like a grandparent when it comes to modern technology.
“What the hell is an email? How do I send an email? Why is my battery so low?!”
Google? What even is that? He’ll find it himself somehow.
“Google…hell no. I’m not letting some little brat answer my questions…what do you mean there’s not a human watching me? There’s gotta be a little human watching me through this…this…thing.”
A photo means nothing to him. He feels that they are a waste of time. He can remember things without a picture.
“Who needs a damn virtual shopping list? I’ll get the groceries that I think we need…now shut up about this ‘easy way’ to remember.”
These are some things that I really do see little old man Sukuna doing. He sure has a long way to go, that’s for sure.

My Name Isn’t Weirdo. A Sukuna/Itadori X Fem!reader
Word count: 1980
Genre: Fluff? It’s just sweet stuff
Warnings: None! Just cuteness!
Hope you enjoy!
It was normal for you to stroll the streets of your little town during the early hours of the day. There was nothing but solitude and silence. The wind blew through your hair softly, making you have to fix it slightly. The sun barely peeked through the horizon, making you stop for a second to admire its beauty. You clutched your bag close to you as you admired. You were distracted just long enough to get scared by a rather loud crash from behind, followed by screams and then a houses roof collapsing. You turn around and run towards the noise, fearing that someone may be seriously injured. “Hello?! Are you okay?!” You yell, worried. There was silence, and you think about unburying the people that may be stuck under the rubble. Nobody was coming to help, either, which was another strange thing. Somebody should have heard, right? Or were you the only one? You look up and see that many of the other houses were the same. Down the road, they were all like this, and the one you were by was the most recently destroyed.
You call out again, and then a noise peaks your interest. The slight movement of wood urged you to investigate. That’s when you heard a voice. A rather unfamiliar one at that.
“Damn roof has to collapse…!”
The males voice sounded aggravated, and he struggled to get the heavy wood pieces off of him. Despite you possibly being in danger as well, you carelessly try to unbury the male that was stuck. You had thrown some wood to the side, also throwing your bag to the side as well so the contents inside didn’t spill. You noticed some nails sticking out from a plank. Then there was more. Finally, the male bursted from the pile of wood, making you stumble back from the shock. The male hadn’t even noticed you were there yet, when he had started to mumble to himself.
“The brat left me all to myself and he’s gotta try and switch with me halfway…”
What brat? Who is this guy anyway? Certainly doesn’t seem like he’s from here…You carefully observe, and just when you think he hasn’t seen you, he grumbles.
“How long have you been just sitting around? Get up.”
The demanding voice made you stand almost immediately. You felt like a dog chained to a leash. The males presence had frozen you with fear, as he turned around, facing you with all his glory. His unamused face observed all of you, up from your hair and down to your feet. You trembled with fear as the male started to look at you from behind. He only chuckled.
“Who…who are you?” You blurt out, needing to know.
“Why, do you not have a single clue as to I am? I am the King of Curses himself! Don’t ask me such futile questions. You’re even lucky I’m talking to you right now.”
You had no clue who this ‘King of Curses’ was, nor what a ‘curse’ even was. You had started to calm down, thinking that this guy in front of you was just playing with you. Sure, this was some sort of sick joke to you. Even then, having your whole town bashed and buildings torn apart, you still made yourself believe it was some sort of sick joke.
“King of Curses? Is this some sort of weird character your playing? Sounds like a character from a game or show…”
The man before you didn’t even respond to you, facing away and had his arms crossed. Then he lowered them, and then fainted. His head bowed down, and you walked up to him, touching his shoulder before the male awoke again. He jumped, feeling a presence in which he hadn’t noticed before. He turned around and faced you. He had more of an innocent look on his face now.
“Gah! Are you hurt?!” The male spoke, holding both of your arms and twisting you around to check for any injuries. When he saw that you were unharmed, he sighed.
“Who…are you? Are you playing some sick joke in my town?” You demanded for an answer.
“What?! A sick joke? No! I am Yuuji Itadori. A Jujustu Sorcerer. I’ve come here because there was a curse detected here among the folks here.”
None of this made sense to you, but you tried to understand what he was saying. He was a different person than before. He seemed kinder, more open. You didn’t feel that same, odd aura around this guy than the last guy. But how could he switch? Certainly this kid isn’t normal.
“Hello Itadori. I’m Y/N. Now, enough with introductions. I’m so confused here…who was this…’King of Curses’ weirdo? What was he doing destroying my whole town?!”
Itadori was taken aback by that, and turned around for a second to see the damage. He sighed, and then turned back to you.
“That ‘King of Curses’ is my counterpart…he is Ryōmen Sukuna…I am his vessel. But miss, I assure you, we’re two different people! And I’m sorry for the inconvenience he’s brought you!”
He bowed, politely, but you brought him back up from his bowing position. That brought a small blush to his face, as you looked into his eyes.
“Thank you. Sure…my town is a little bit of a mess…but thank you for being honest.”
“O-oh! Well Uhm…you’re welcome! It’s what a Jujutsu Sorcerer does best!”
You smile, hearing the sincerity in his voice. He was rather flustered, and that you couldn’t quite figure out, but, in all honesty, you found him quite cute. The sweet, innocent grin he had on his face just now made you smile. The adrenaline wore off and you finally got a chance to see his body. For a rather young kid, he was built like a 20 year old. Rather fit and strong. His personality didn’t match at all, but you still found it cute.
“The curse in your town has been exorcised. Again, I’m so sorry that your town is a little bit on shackles right now…”
“Wait! Before you go…Yuuji. Can we…inspect the damage…?”
You ask him, worried about your own house now. The whole down was obliterated, even though it was a smaller town, most of the buildings were pretty much turned to dust. Itadori looked rather guilty when you got a chance to look at him. You hesitated, but then you patted his bear back to comfort him.
“Hey…none of this was your fault. Don’t take it that way. It’s that weirdos fault…you know that…what does he call himself again…”
“Sukuna’s?”
“Yes! It was his fault for taking complete control of you and causing havoc! Tch! Highly stubborn and cruel…to do such a thing and not give a care, that’s just mean.”
“Well…his title doesn’t lie to you.”
It took you a few seconds to let that sink in. It doesn’t lie? Are you kidding me right now? He’s the real deal? Then a small chuckle came out of the left side of his face. An eye, looking right at you! It certainly creeped you out and you yelped. The chuckle came from Sukuna, now realizing that is was him.
“Good job little lady! Great to JUST finally figure that out! You know, I was getting tired of this brat explaining every little thing to ya. Glad you figured it out yourself.”
He was teasing you, and it made you turn away and not look at the eye that was almost piercing into your soul. Itadori slapped the mouth and it had went away. He sighed again.
“Sorry. Though, I’ve never really seen him talk so much about a random stranger before. Guess you’ve impacted him in some way…”
Impact. That’s all you could think about on the train ride back to Tokyo. Itadori had suggested you stay at Jujustu High. You had nowhere else to go anyway, so he, kindly, suggested you come there with him. He also sensed that you could see curses, but that couldn’t be proven without Gojo telling them so. But you impacting Sukuna? How? You were just a random village girl. Nothing special about you at all. Maybe except what your parents called you all the time. You were definitely special to them. But to be special by the king of all curses? It didn’t feel real. You look out at the sunset that was going down and finally feel a little bit of peace resonate within you. Todays been a wild ride, and seeing this small, maybe insignificant thing to some, warmed your heart.
You laid your head back, trying to get comfortable in the train seats. You knew that it was going to be a long ride back to Tokyo, so best to get comfortable now, right? The whole reason why you never came, was because the ride back there was an easy 10 hours using the limited transportation you had. Bikes and the occasional car were all you had. You were never rich, but you enjoyed the simple life. Now you’re turning a new leaf.
You hadn’t even noticed you fell asleep before Itadori was trying to wake you up the next morning. The sun came in brightly, and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. You looked over at Itadori and smiled. He blushed as he suddenly stopped shaking you awake.
“A-ah! I’m sorry miss! Our stop is almost here and-“
He was cut off by you speaking over him.
“It’s Y/N. Stop being so formal about it.”
In Itadori’s mind, he could almost feel Sukuna’s curiosity over this human. He had never met someone so demanding get gentle before. How could this be? You laugh, calming Itadori down so he doesn’t need to be so tense and formal around you.
“Sorry Y/N. I don’t get a huge chance to meet people like you. Sukuna also seems quite interested, to say the least.”
You smile and nod.
“Nor do I. So we’re officially friends, right?”
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Months later, you get to meet some of Itadori’s friends, and you get to meet Gojo as well. You assumed Gojo to be some old guy who had the wisdom to tell whatever a ‘curse technique’ was. You soon realized he wasn’t quite that. And actually, you two got along quite well! What really shocked you was that your relationship between Sukuna and yourself had grown quite a bit since you two had met. He came out more often when you were around, and said more teasingly things to you. Nonetheless, you secretly liked it. But you always acted like you hated it. One morning, you had just gotten up, and was just about to tidy yourself up when Sukuna stood at the doorway to your room.
“Your hair is a mess, damn. Probably birds could nest it in.” He teased, chuckling. You throw your brush at him, and he caught it.
“Why not you brush my hair if you think it’s that bad.”
Sukuna just stood there, unsure what to do at first. He’s never brushed someone else’s hair before. Hell, he never had the need to brush his own hair.
“What are you waiting for, weirdo?” You tease back. Sukuna groans and walks over to you, playing off confident in his actions, but you both know very well that he isn’t. He starts off rather rough, and he had to slow down when he heard you say “ow” under your breath. In the end, your hair was quite smooth, and you were surprised to see that he could do such a good job. You smile.
“Thanks Sukuna. It looks great.”
Sukuna scoffed and handed the brush to you.
“Like that means something to me…”
Or maybe he’s just denying the fact that you really appreciate it? Nonetheless, you appreciated it, and you got to see the softer side to him.
