I haven’t been on here in forever and idk if anyone even follows anymore but my ocd has been absolutely terrible lately. My mind always seems to be on overdrive and I can never seem to feel better. This is probably annoying but does anyone else who suffers with mental illness know how to deal with this?? I’m only reaching out on here because it feels like my last hope to get help sometimes.
