this is my first post lol so hii. here's long ass rant that i wrote about how easy it is to get in the void, so if anyone is struggling with it, just read this and read it with CONFIDENCE cause you're a bad bish that gets whatever they want!
bitch i get in the void so fucking easily i swear. like it's so so easy for me to go in the void whenever i want. no matter the method i always enter the void instantly. like i am a literal pro at entering the void since i do it so effortlessly. i am on the pedestal. i am. i never ever fail. failure is not an option for me. i am so powerful so of course i always enter the void. i get in the void in less than 2 minutes, always, no matter what. no matter what i always wake up in the void. waking up in the void is the easiest shit for me. getting in the void is so easy for me. like i AM the void. i get in the void ALL THE TIME instantly.
i am the only one on the pedestal. i am the void, therefore i always successfully enter it. i never fail. i never ever fail at entering the void. of course I'll wake up in the void if i say so. whatever i say goes, so if i say I'll wake up in the void tonight, i WILL wake up in the void tonight. the lazier i am in attempting the void, the faster i enter. everytime i fall asleep i enter the void. entering the void is easier than breathing. I'm getting in the void tonight NO MATTER WHAT. entering the void whenever i please is so fucking easy. i enter the void simply by wanting to. every method that i use to enter the void ALWAYS works successfully. falling asleep takes me STRAIGHT to the void. it yeets me in the void i swear lol. i go to the void instantly every time i fall asleep. like going to the void is so so fucking easy, all i have to do is literally fall asleep. like i swear that going in the void is SOO EASY for me. it's super duper easy, i do it effortlessly. i don't even have to try to wake up in the void. i just DO it. like falling asleep takes me straight to the void literally.
okay, like my 3d conforms literally instantly. like why is it so easy for me to enter the void? how do i always succeed at waking up in the void? how is it possible for me to always wake up in the void so easily? like i don't even have to try while falling asleep, i just sloppily affirm and then fall asleep and then wake up in the void. like it's genuinely so easy for me to do it lol. it's so funny how easily and effortlessly i wake up in the void without even trying. I AM GOD. I AM THE VOID. I AM ABOVE EVERYTHING. ONLY I AM ON THE PEDESTAL. i am the only one on the pedestal. the void CAN NOT be above me, when it only exists because of ME. no matter what, i always wake up in the void. no matter what I'll wake up in the void tonight. NO MATTER WHAT. of course I'll wake up in the void if i say so. it's my decision. i am the one deciding it. i decided that I'll go in the void tonight. i decided that I'll wake up in the void tonight. It's super duper easy for me to wake up in the void, i do it all the damn time.
STOP DOUBTING. I CAN DO THIS. as soon as i fall asleep, i will be in the void. that's it. ofc I'll be in the void if it's so easy to enter. I AM GETTING IN THE VOID TONIGHT NO MATTER WHAT. I AM GETTING IN THE VOID TONIGHT. NO MATTER WHAT I WILL WAKE UP IN THE VOID TONIGHT BECAUSE IT'S SO EASY AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE TO PUT ANY EFFORT I JUST WAKE UP THERE.

Foolproof method to maximizing your chance to enter the Void State
1)What is the Void State?
The Void State(also called pure awarness)isn’t a magical portal but rather a very specific neurological state.
- Brainwaves: High activity of theta (4-8 Hz) and alpha (8-12 Hz) waves.
- Executive control reduced: Your prefrontal brain (control center) slows down.
- Default Mode Network (DMN) suppressed: This is the network behind your daily inner monologue ("mental chatter").
- Sensory anchoring fades: You stop being strongly connected to your environment's sensations.
You enter a zone where your mind becomes deeply receptive and free from usual self-talk.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You’re no longer emotionally or sensorily anchored to your CR (Current Reality).
- Your brain becomes extremely open to suggestions, visualizations and reality reconstructions.
Why does Void allow fast shifting / manifesting?
- You’re no longer disturbed by internal contradictions of the critical mind.
- It allows your mind to install self-consistent assumptions into deep unconscious cognition.
- Cognitive filters like doubt, logic, and self-check go temporarily offline.
Useful comparisons to understand the Void State
- Deep hypnosis
- Relaxed hypnagogic paralysis (without panic)
- Samadhi meditative states
- light shamanic trance
- controlled dissociation
Tumblr media
2) Understand the void state’s goal
The Void State is:
- Extreme dissociation from Current Reality (CR)
- Reduced self-talk / overthinking
- Increased alpha, theta, and sometimes delta waves.
- Easier access to deeply rooted unconscious assumptions and hypnagogic states
3) Preparation over multiple days (not mandatory but very helpful)
What most people don’t do enough:
- Mild cognitive stimulation deprivation during the day (limit screens, social media, complex discussions, heavy mental load)
- Sensory reprogramming: lots of nature, white noise, low frequency music
- Very stable sleep routine for several days before
- Voluntary dissociation training: observe your thoughts without judgment, practice floating gaze, passive micro-meditation
Tumblr media
You can prepare yourself by listening to white noice the days before you will enter the void state
4) The underestimated physiological key: the body must be “under-activated”
- Avoid sugar, caffeine, or sensory excitement at least 4h before (if you can reduce screens 1h before, even better, otherwise use blue light filters)
- Very slow breathing (cardiac coherence): 4 seconds inhale / 6 seconds exhale for at least 10 min before
- Lower body temperature slightly (cooler room, warm showers beforehand)
- Comfortable position without muscle tension (but not so relaxed that you fall asleep completely)
Tumblr media
This kind of video can be used as a preparation to ease critical thinking can be done just before or the days before in preparation
5) Powerful neuro-cognitive tips
WBTB (Wake Back To Bed):
- Wake up after 5 hours of sleep
- Stay awake 15-30 min doing light visualizations or affirmations, then go back to bed (best dissociation & REM window)
Use binaural or isochronic alpha/theta stimulation during the attempt
(e.g. start with 8 Hz then gradually lower to 4 Hz)
Very slow auto-suggestions during the attempt (not robotic affirmations)
Example:
“I am gently dissociating from my CR. Everything feels light. I am completely calm.”
Floating body technique:
Visualize your body becoming ultra-light, slowly losing all gravity (helps sensorimotor detachment)
Tumblr media
You can use this kind of waves which help to enter the void more easily for most profile (unless you don't like sound)
6) The mistakes that ruin (or at least reduce) your chances
- Forcing mentally ("I must succeed tonight!")
- Over-analyzing affirmations into robotic repetitions
- Trying 50 different methods in a row without stabilizing a protocol
- Wanting too much to feel "mandatory symptoms" before entering the void (shaking, vibrations, etc.)
Tumblr media
7)Long-term facilitating factors (often overlooked)
- Regular passive meditation practice (even 10 min/day, and it’s ok if you fall asleep)
- Therapeutic work on performance anxiety (fear of "not succeeding" is one of the biggest blockers)
- Cognitive flexibility and allowing space for the unconscious instead of "forcing logic"
- Highly dissociative profiles (DPDR, etc.) may have more ease without realizing it
8)The Void State as a space of interaction with the subconscious
The Void isn’t just a "portal to shifting" or manifestation:
It's a state where the critical barrier of the conscious mind is lowered.
→ You can access deeper unconscious layers.
Underused use:
→ Dialogue with your own subconscious.
You can:
- Ask yourself:
- "Are there unconscious resistances to my shifting?"
- "Do I have fears or blockages I don’t consciously recognize?"
- Let spontaneous impressions, images, sensations emerge.
- Observe without forcing: often answers come in symbolic form.
Inner acceptance is key
It’s not a fight of forced mental assumptions.
It’s a letting go where you allow the new reality to be integrated as inner evidence.
Many underestimate:
- That integration of your assumptions sometimes goes through unconscious internal verification.
- That blockages often come from unresolved internal conflicts, not lack of will.
Practical tip:
Before an attempt, gently set an exploratory intention:
“I am ready to hear what my unconscious wants to show me to move forward.”
This promotes cooperation instead of fighting your own psyche.
Tumblr media
9)Important reality-check: not all brains are equal when it comes to entering the void state.
It’s crucial to understand that some people have a neuroplasticity, a natural dissociation, or a cognitive flexibility that allows them to enter the void much faster, sometimes even without any structured method.
For others, the process requires much longer conditioning. This doesn’t mean they are “inferior” or “less spiritually aligned”, it simply means their cognitive mechanisms are different.
Certain individual variables that greatly influence ease:
- Natural dissociation (DPDR, fantasies, mental absorption, immersive imagination )
- Ability to slow down self-tall (inner speech)
- Hypnagogia sensitivity
- Relationship to performance anxiety
- Level of attachment to results
Everyone theoretically has the capacity to access it, but the path isn’t identical.
This guide’s purpose is to give tools for those for whom it’s not “instantaneous”, without falling into guilt-based meritocracy.
Tumblr media
Summary
- Calm the analytical hypercortex (ego, analysis, self-criticism)
- Emotionally stabilize(with calm, serenity, gentleness)
- Decrease attachment to immediate success
- Maximize hypnagogic and dissociative states
Happy shifting <3

Yes, this is a new account, I just made this. I don't care if people question the authenticity of my post, my experience as a shifter, or whatever I'm about to say.
I don't know how to use Tumblr, nor do I know how to make my post reach people who need it, nor would I be a narcissist and say "you're lucky if you found my post!" I don't mind if this reaches an audience or not, I'm glad to get everything off my chest.
Yes. I've shifted.
I have shifted realities, more times than I can count on my fingers, and that is for a very specific reason, which I'll explain later.
I'm writing this because I'm about to permashift, and no, I won't hear out any antishifters or people who don't like permashifting in general, I don't care about your opinion so don't waste my time.
Before I start, I'd like to say one thing:
I was irrational minded, I lacked belief in myself and shifting. Shifting often times felt like a chore more than a fun activity, and i have to admit, it became an unhealthy habit.
So? Why did I mention this?
Because I had been lurking around shifting communities and I realised everyone feels like this, a very (mentally) painful feeling where the lack of shifts starts acting as your biggest enemy, and the phrase:
"Shifting needs practice!"
Sounds like poison when it comes from an experienced shifter.
Though, is the phrase actually true?
No, not at all.
Shifting does not need practice!!
Here's why:
(BTW, I will explain my "method", no matter if I have time or not. Also, I don't call this reality "Current Reality", instead I call it Void reality, so don't get confused.)
The "practice" you're doing is only affecting your void reality (taking time out of your day, making you constantly think you're in your learning phase, so it doesn't exactly lead to your desired reality, does it?)
Of course, if you view it as a skill, it will in some way act like that, it'll become a skill for you, and you can never succeed on your first, second, third, hundredth try, because in your brain you have registered the fact that shifting is this grand, universal task, and that it is very difficult (because its common sense that you practice difficult things to get good at them)
Practice is a very humane and earthly act, if people have succeeded doing just practice, then good for then, they're right in their own way, but it didn't work for me, and in my opinion it's the worst way to view shifting, and often times it is demotivating, and you'll mess up you're entire journey.
Shifting is not a skill, shifting is a universal law.
I'll become more clear as I explain my journey:
My journey:
I found shifting from a random YouTube video 3 years ago. I might have only said cool and moved along.
A year later something traumatic happened in my life, which shook me so badly I needed an escape.
First of all, I chose astral projecting, but I realised I was too much of a coward to do so.
Then I came towards shifting, first DR was very typical, it was Hogwarts.
Having no knowledge whatsoever in the topics of spirituality, meditation, I went straight to methods, because they were like guides for me, I was very inexperienced, of course, and looked at other people and what they were doing for guidance.
Alice in wonderland method didn't do much, raven method was too uncomfortable (side note, all this raven method does is make you too focused on your void reality, cmon, in your DR are you laying down like a starfish?) And I was having terrible trouble with my intrusive thoughts (which made the floor disappear from under my feet, made the stairs for the stairs method too short to climb or straight up made them dissappear as well)
I didn't have any luck that year, no mini shifts, no lucid dreams, or sleep paralysis. And my DRs never remained constant. They always changed on a daily basis.
I was big on methods, I couldn't realize they never worked for me.
Although, this year of failure led me to finally figure out where I belonged.
A DR made out of scratch, which I spend much effort in putting the pieces of it together.
The DR, which was called "Home reality" really made me feel settled in my journey.
LOA, and the consciousness theory were the leading factors which made me shift.
And don't worry, it isn't what you're tired of being told, I didn't just apply any orthodox definition of LOA and succeeded.
Background to my first shift:
It was a particularly stressful day, I really missed my home.
I was studying at my college (I still am, but...) and I was dreading giving a chemistry test, I did not prepare. In my mind, one thing was constantly looping in my head.
The scenario of the chemistry teacher coming in, and taking the test, and the next day I get it handed back with a big fat zero.
But then I stopped and wondered, having already known about the consciousness theory, so according to it:
"I am constantly letting this thought run in my mind, and constantly letting this reality dictate what happens next."
Basically, I realized what was about to happen next was indirectly in my control, but with my line of thinking, I was letting this reality control it directly.
I stopped, like actually stopped thinking.
And with a blank mind I thought.
"I won't have to take any test today."
And went around telling my classmates this with a confident tone.
The teacher came in, said we'll instead do some practicals in lab.
So the test got cancelled.
Going home, I got excited, i felt powerful.
I decided to apply this to shifting.
Before shifting, I took a nap during the day, (if you're tired your body insists on sleeping, so your mind will get hazy and you will start acting lazy towards your goal)
And after living how I normally would, before bedtime, I listened to some songs, and look at a Pinterest board which reminded me of my home reality.
My method and what happened next:
First phase of shifting:
When I laid down on the bed to start shifting, I first got comfy (for me, if I feel sleepy for some reason, I laid on my back, I can't fall asleep in that position, but if I think ill stay awake until I reach a "detached state" then I sleep on my side, it's comfortable)
I obviously wasn't checking the time, but I spent about 10 minutes getting relaxed, all I do to relax is:
a) look at the blackness (closed eyes, looks like starry skies) and try to believe I'm looking at the milky way.
b) think about my home reality, just faces of my loved ones, and nostalgia inducing images.
c) Affirm, but don't focus entirely on affirming, usually in the back of my mind I'm repeating "I have shifted to my home reality" "I have shifted my senses to my home reality" "I have stopped sensing the void reality" "I am smelling, tasting, feeling, hearing and seeing my home reality" no other fancy affirmations required. (Now that I think about it, you need to affirm NOW because this method has two phases, one where you are shifting, and one where you have shifted, and you are in the 3D, where you are occupying your DR self, their thoughts, and memories, and popular method usually only have one phase, either you are shifting, or have shifted. So my point is if you affirm later and you'll be affirming when you're supposed to be in your DR, and obviously, your DR self won't be spouting out affirmations about shifting to a random reality for no reason.)
During this time, you'll feel tingly all over. It's a good sign.
And you'll feel a certain detachment, like you aren't exactly here, you have no idea what position you're lying in, and where your feet are. (Please, for the love of God do not start counting your feet or get freaked out that you can't feel your leg, you'll come back to the void reality.)
So you can start the next phase.
Middle phase (optional):
To prepare for the next and last phase, you can do this to get ready, or don't (First read the third phase)
This is all about connection to your DR.
Think about memories from your DR, focus on the faces of your loved ones, the way you act, talk, your mannerisms in your DR, or you can simply say affirmations like these one:
My name is ___.
I work as a ___.
My age is ___.
Don't try to imagine vividly or anything, lightly touch upon the basic details of your DR, the construction and foundation of any reality and the person, who has existed there for their entire life.
(That's you!)
Phase three:
Take a sudden, abrupt stop from your stream of thoughts. (Yes intrusive thoughts will still pop up but don't give any importance to them) when you're in a blank state of mind, not longer than 30 seconds, you need to build up to the last step of your shifting method, and journey.
a) start imagining hearing the voices of your loved ones or just any voice, calling your DR name, your nicknames, with different tones. (For example, i heard my name in an angry tone from my father when he was scolding me, I heard my name followed by a laughter when my S/O teased me.)
OK, for me, I started feeling intense, groundshaking symptoms at this moment. Sudden flashing of lights, extreme feeling of floating, and ofcourse, feeling tingliness so much that it felt like pins and needle on my entire body. (I did ignore the symptoms)
b) plan the rest of your day in your DR, which you will be spending.
AGAIN, PLEASE DON'T SAY IT LIKE THIS.
❌️When I reach my DR ❌️ I will have to go to that eye specialist for that appointment.
Instead: (and the more you personalize it, the better)
Ughhh, I have to go to that appointment- this day will suck.
(Don't mind my example, that was the only thing I could think of at the moment)
c) in this reality, you are constantly thinking of something, your thoughts are definitely what constructs this reality, and your current thoughts are affecting your subconscious. (By this point, your subconscious is grounded in your DR, so don't worry about that bastard.)
Now, you're going to start thinking, thoughts which are going on in your DR self's mind, start with one sentence, with which you'll be able to start consciously thinking like your DR self.
And think in the style, tone, and mood of your DR self, and keep the thoughts strictly related to your DR.
Thats it, but what happens afterwards? And what happened to me?
So for me, I started feeling weird while I was thinking.
And I remember I thought this:
"Ugh, I don't want eggs for breakfast."
(I'm not saying this is the key to shifting, at this point, I had covered various topics, including, weather, my upcoming work assignment, and praised my S/O for a good 5 minutes.)
And I started panting, like suddenly I was trying to catch my breath, the room felt bright, so I opened my eyes, and well, I was in my home reality :)
I was delirious for a few second, my S/O was looking at me worriedly, but surprisingly, it didn't even take me a minute to adjust, it felt all so natural and I wasn't scared.
I didn't even feel emotional, at all, and didn't hug my S/O with tears in my eyes, I straight up asked to be served breakfast, incase anyone was wondering.
So that's it.
Although i have much to say, I'm tired of writing, but I'm more than willing to answer each and every one of your questions, although I only have 7 hours left till I permashift, I'll remain mostly active till then.
And no, I'm not rereading this to fix my grammar, so just ask if anything confused you.
Ask away.
I'm still not sure if this'll reach anyone or not.

Everything Broken Down
Okay so this post is as much for me as it is for you guys. When I mentioned yoga nidra, I never really expected it to blow up to the extent it did. I finally got around to doing my research on it and I have A LOT to say. I've written this one post over 10 times now, trying to condense the information as much as I can so you guys aren't reading a whole essay. Anyways, let's just jump into it.
What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously. In Yoga Nidra, the state of relaxation is reached by turning inwards, away from outer experiences, it occurs at the threshold of sense consciousness and sleep consciousness.
Is Yoga Nidra the Void State? Nope, it is not the void state. It is acctually the hypnagogic state.
What is the Hypnagogic State? Refer to this post. The tldr version is that the hypnagogic state is the transitional state your mind can experience which occurs during the onset of sleep.
I still dont get it. What is the difference between the Void State and Yoga Nidra/Hypnagogic State? The void state is a deep meditative state, where you allow thoughts to pass through your mind without judging them. This is a state where your mind is awake but your body is asleep. Yoga Nidra, or the hypnagogic state, is the transitional state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep
So, is doing Yoga Nidra meditations to enter the Void State useless? Nope, it's still very useful. Basically, yoga nidra meditations takes you to the hypnagogic state, which is at the border of the void state and you just need to affirm and you'll be able to enter it easily.
What is 61 points meditation? The 61 points relaxation exercise, known as shava yatra, is a master practice of the Himalayan Tradition. By traveling mentally to 61 different internal points that correspond with energy-rich areas of the body, the purpose of a 61 points meditation is to capture the attention of a roving mind and train it to become inward and orderly.
What is the correlation between 61 points meditation and Yoga Nidra? As touched upon earlier, the purpose of a 61 point meditation is to awaken and stabilize the body and mind for a deeper state of inner consciousness. This "deeper state of inner consciousness" is Yoga Nidra/the hypnagogic state.
I get confused between 61 points meditations versus Yoga Nidra meditations. What is the difference? Basically, a 61 points meditation is a method to enter Yoga Nidra. There are other methods but this is the most common one, praised for its effectiveness and how easy it is. Even meditations named "Yoga Nidra Meditation" are usually just 61 points meditations or another form of body scan meditation meant to take you to Yoga Nidra.
TLDR: Yoga Nidra is NOT THE VOID STATE. Yoga Nidra is the hypnagogic state. This is still super effective in helping you enter the void state though. You use 61 point meditations as a method to enter Yoga Nidra/the hypnagogic state and then affirm to enter the void.

How to Relax
It's common knowledge that you need to relax to enter the void. However, I haven't really seen any posts (on tumblr atleast) on how to do this so that's what this post will cover.
EFT Tapping
EFT tapping is an alternative acupressure therapy treatment used to restore balance to your disrupted energy. It's been an authorized treatment for war veterans with PTSD, and it's demonstrated some benefits as a treatment for anxiety, depression, physical pain, and insomnia. I discovered EFT tapping around 3 months ago when I used to struggle with insomnia and this video helped to finally relax and sleep. I highly recommend this, not just to enter the void, but just to relax in general.
Breathing Techniques
You're probably going to have to experiment with this one. A lot of people say 4-4-4 (4 seconds breathing in, 4 seconds holding, 4 seconds breathing out) helps them relax, whereas others say 4-7-8. For me, just taking calm deep breaths is what works because whenever I have to keep pace, I get a little anxious.
Guided Meditations
I'm pretty sure you guys know how much I love the alpha state meditation I always recommend and it's because it's just soooo relaxing. Guided meditations in general can help you relax but I highly recommend that specific one.
Commanding your Body to Relax
This is probably my most recommended way to relax, especially if you're going to use the sleep paralysis method and if you've ever done guided meditations for sleep paralysis or astral projection, you've probably been walked through this before. The way to do this method is to lie down on your back with none of your limbs touching. In your head, focus on a certain part of your body and tense it. Then, tell yourself to relax that part. Feel it relax. Do this to your entire body. Don't forget your face because your facial muscles are like the secret key to completely relaxing. Once you've done this to your entire body, you'll be really relaxed!
61 points
So this final method was something I totally forgot about until I made this post. When I was researching about the void, I came across this 61 points online guided meditation that claimed it would take you into yoga nidra, or a "state where you are in deep sleep, yet wide awake." This seemed like the void but in another name and I wanted to use it but I never did but now I do want to try it so I might try it out soon and write about my experience. This is the site where I learned about the 61 point method and this and this is for yoga nidra it if you want to research on your own. I remember seeing a lot of meditations on YouTube for it so I would recommend looking into those!

i just entered the void last night by waking up in it and i want to share my theory that guaranteed my success. ⚠️ a lot of people might not agree with this, this is my thoughts ⚠️
ever since i learned about the void state a year ago, i would always looks at success stories and think "she's so lucky" subliminals i listened to for weeks, a girl would listen to and enter the void that night. how lucky. or i would meditate every night but someone would enter on their first night of meditation. how lucky. or the people who have been always waking up in the void state without knowing what it is. HOW LUCKY.
i tried to enter the void so many times but i was always failing while other people around me got lucky and entered.
that's when @gorgeouslypink came out with this post:
this post opened my eyes so much. the void state isn't a deep meditative state! it's you literally projecting to a plane of pure conciousness. and this isn't something you can just meditate into. it's something that you intend and if lady luck is on your side, you enter.
go look at almost every major bloggers void success story. @gorgeouslypink struggled for so long and then on the night she wasn't even try to enter the void, she got lucky and entered. a lot of bloggers had similar experiences. forget tumblr, go look at reddit. people will tell u they finally got lucky and they got in on their 5th time trying a certain guided meditation or method.
this idea really started forming in my head, the key to the void wasn't accepting the i am or persistence, it was luck. the only thing that stays constant in everyone's success story, from the people who don't even realize they're entering the void state to the person who listened to a subliminal and got in on their first time to the girl who spent 2 weeks affirming and finally got in.
and it really became solid when i was going through @pinksssecret and I came across this link to a book about a guy who did a lot of research on astral projection and came to the same conclusion as me, you can just try to do everything right and if you're lucky, you'll astral project/enter the void.
but at this point i was kind of at a loss. how do I make myself lucky? i knew loa but i was just a bit of a bad time in my life but that's when pink started her loa challenge and when she shared that first lucky girl asmr video, i just knew i could do it.
i got my life together and then made an experiment on how to test my lucky theory and for the past 2 weeks ive been sticking to it and i woke up in the void which helps support my theory that entering the void has to do with luck.
what i did for 2 weeks:
1. I did the Mary Kate lucky girl meditation everyday:
youtube
2. Listen to this for an hour everyday, Read the comments!!!!!
youtube
3. Listen to this only 2-3 times!! The creator said it is only affective with no headphones and only listen 2 to 3 times. This is acc a backup video, the original one had many success stories:
youtube
4. Listen to both these videos 3 times a day (part of the 10k loa affirmation challenge):
youtube
youtube
Did this for 2 weeks (would miss the weekends bc of 3d circumstances) but I woke up in it yesterday.
I wrote a very long void list and it'd be too much to write all of it here but I did the usual stuff like desired face and body and white and clear skin and pretty privelege. I manifested moving to California (I live in Tennessee) by myself and desired school life and cool and cute friendships. I also manifested being very smart. Plus many other things.
I think on hindsight I might have just improved my self concept that I would never be able to enter the void and that's why I entered but I also do think entering the void have a lot to do with luck and I made myself lucky so I entered. It's not something I can say and guarantee but it is my theory that you enter the void through luck and I entered by making myself lucky.
Hope this helps someone 💟

What am I supposed to do with this heart of mine? Can I keep it on the table? beside the Clementines that you peeled for me. My dear, it hurts too much right now and I'm sorry. I love you too..

I'm tired of outliving the people that I've loved and I'm scared of outliving the people I love.

And i remember how you held my face, looked at me with smiling eyes and said
I love you. You're a good girl. Hold still and be quiet okay? I love you. You're a good girl. Hold still and be quiet okay? I love you. You're a good girl. Hold still and be quiet okay? I love you. You're a good girl. Hold still and be quiet okay? I love you. You're a good girl. Hold still and be quiet okay? I love you. You're a good girl. Hold still and be quiet okay? I love you. You're a good girl. Hold still and be quiet okay?
