Social media has a big help to social workers because they can use it to inform the public and assist people in need. Also, it can be a tool for them to improve their skills and develop them info's during calamities.

The access of social media by the government is a crucial tool for crisis communication and a fantastic area to communicate with citizens, initiate campaigns, and spread knowledge of programs.
Social media can be used as a tool for information sharing, providing instructions, and sending out urgent alerts and warnings. Social media is another channel via which emergency services can distribute alerts and warnings.
This is valid for natural disasters caused by weather, such as storms or earthquakes. Additionally, it enables them to service you more quickly and proficiently than ever before.

Medias in the past such as television, radio, newspapers and etc. They are the most basic form to report the daily news. When it comes to reputation compared to social media with poor credibility, medias in the past keep it better because of the trustworthy information source, but social media was immediate while the medias in the past can be delayed due to press times. With social media, people have the opportunity to voice out their opinions about a common issue or topic.

There's still some beginners that don't know how to update their operating system. So, not keeping your operating system up to date can result in serious issues, affecting both your device and your own personal security. These include: Viruses, spyware and other malware. Cybercrime attacks. Crashing, freezing and generally poor performance.
