-lived in a very reclusive and isolated childhood home in year round cold climate. Only child.

-celebrated a very stripped down and traditionalist Christmas or Christmas equivalent holiday in a simillar year-round manner she does now, but adopted modern consumerist Christmas tradition after meeting Rudy.

-has cut off all contact from her old family after meeting Rudy and eloping to college life, lives in fear of the same thing happening to her as Noelle approaches adulthood.

-she attended martial art and swordsmanship expos, even entering some contests. Rudy supports her but her kids never quite got it, so she often goes alone.

-is not an active practitioner of Hometowns angel religion, but encourages her family to attend for the sake of image and building community ties.

-classically trained pianist, hypothermia induced nerve damage and chronic conditions have made it difficult to play. If she even cared to bring music back into her home after dess’ disappearance.
