I don't think it's pointless because as a fellow anarchist I can acknowledge that we are still living in a heavily capitalist system and we need to talk about how these dynamics are affected by capitalism. You sound like you're pro-contact even within the guise of society as-is so I think it's still fair to ask.

sure. so in my last response i kinda phrased things a little wrong by downplaying other methods of struggle besides revolution. i do recognize the importance of other approaches, i just meant that we should keep the focus on the end purpose: building a truly free society based on equality and mutual aid, not just handing out rights within capitalism (like what happened with feminism, for example. having more women in parliament doesnt actually destroy patriarchy. xd). right now, id at least demand basic bodily autonomy for teens and the right to make independent decisions, emancipating themselves from their parents. And it would be great if legally rights werent just about age but more about individual awareness - like making the process more personalized. about pro-contactism: i dont think we should ban teens from having relationships with adults just because they face discrimination. if young people are restricted in this right, its really unlikely they will ever be seen as capable of consent. actually pro-contact can be seen as an act of protest tbh i dont understood what exactly u wanted to ask me but i answered as i could xDDD. if u are interested in smth else or it is not what u meant feel free to ask me again anon!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm curious about what you think about the societal power imbalance of adults and legal minors. I agree with you that there's little to no cognitive difference but surely you have to see the parallels of adult/minor relationships and relationships between men and women back in the day. Woman couldn't vote, own bank accounts without a man involved, own property, were infantilized a great deal.

It's like being in a relationship with your landlord where it's fuzzy ground for consent since they have so much power you don't. Even if you want it to happen it's pretty hard to say no since there's a vast amount of things out of your control that are fully within theirs

im an anarchist and i dont see the point in discussing this. because all things u listed like bank accounts, property etc is the tools of opression of an authoritarism and capitalism. the thing that totally could liberate all opressed people (like women or minors) is the social revolution. nevertheless for now (within capitalistic society) i demand at least the BASIC right to body autonomy lol. and destroying all age boundaries in the future

Hi. I came across your blog a few times now, and I know it's none of my business, and you won't listen to me anyway, but I just need to tell you to take care of yourself. I don't just mean that you should eat well, sleep well, and do things that make you feel good, but I also mean that you need to stop exposing yourself to whatever it is you're doing in the rq community. I don't know if you're actually 14 or you just gave that as an example, but there is an actual reason why MDNI is a thing and its not "adultism" or "ageism". If people dont want minors to interact, it's because they post content that could alter your development. And going off the assumption that you are 14, you do unfortunately seem very impressionable. The maps interacting with you aren't doing it from the kindness of their hearts. I'm not saying this to accuse anyone, but I seriously doubt they don't want to take advantage of you. I promise you, minor attracted adult people can find friends their age. I'm not being an anti, I'm just hoping I can make you think twice and consider if it's worth it once more. Saying this as a freshly 18 year old that also did the same things you did, you are not missing out on anything. And again, I'm not trying to be hateful. Your safety isn't any of my concern, but if there is a MDNI warning, it's because that content isn't for you, and you need to take that without rolling your eyes at it
