Elementals era vs current designs! I might’ve gone too far with the designs, but I think they’re cool!

Magma’s symbol is canonically a volcano and has an M, so I wanted to try to keep the suits with slightly similar design, in terms of visual direction, intensity, etc. I do think given a lil more time I could improve on them but yk. Tide is supposed to look like waves not snow,,,,. Siesmic’s mimics layers of the earth, cause brown would be kinda boring and maybe look like he was naked. Whirlwind’s is not my favorite but like, looks like wind. LOVE Shockwave’s it seems cool to me.

Magma’s current look is meant to look kinda like a biker-ish, more intense and edgy. Seismic is supposed to look like a boulder-er/ rock climber, I do think I could’ve made it more super but I also think he’d value use over flare. El’s is cause she’s a science girly now :D. Designing superheroes is so fun. I think a lot about the idea that superhero outfits should be able to be drawn by a kid with crayons, so wanted to keep them super colorful. Magma’s could’ve been cleaner, but I think he would be vehement about having a cool suit. Did try to give them diff body types and stuff while still keeping it obvious they are clones. Hopefully we fw these? I have mixed feelings but I hope that putting these out there will mean there’s more fanart of them!

Yes I know magma should have long hair, I am prepared for everyone to be disappointed in that but that’s my cross to bear. HOPE THESE ARE USEFUL TO SOMEONE!
