this may be a silly question, but you won't judge. how do you recommend making a gif page and linking it via a source link? cheers!

no such thing as a silly question, i promise. i'm gonna post some screenshots to help you with this!

you're gonna take the url from the gif page you want to link (jsula, cjones), and if you're curious about how to make gif pages in general this link saved my life (if you remember i was one of the last giffers to go to pages lol).

and then in your text post to tumblr you're going to click on the little cogwheel and paste that url into the content source section. for example, http://badpcks.tumblr.com/jsula would be the source i'd enter.

i really hope that helps you friend because i am not the best at explaining things and i apologize in advance if i've confused you even more!

Your gifs are my favorite ones on the internet. any recommendations about how to make them so amazing? do you have a favorite program or means of editing? thank you! you're amazing.

whoa, i'm flattered!!! my gifs are truly trash and bad please don't let them be your favorites! as for making them like me, i'm always looking for ways to improve. i used to use photoshop cs5 and recently upgraded to cs6. while i used to use pattern, i'm finding that diffusion looks better sometimes? maybe it's just the cs6. as for sharpening... man i still can't quite get it right. i'm anywhere between 350-500% with 0.4 pixels depending on the source. i'd lowkey like to go back to cs5 because personally i feel my gifs were better before i switched. and thank you so much for the message, really. brightened my day even though i know i'm one of the slowest giffers in the community. :)

i'm also taking suggestions as i've kinda dropped all my projects but roswell, so hit me up!
