Micheal was down on his knees…he didn’t even remember when he fell to them. It-it cant be true.

“This— this isn’t—

“Micheal!”

“It’s— it’s not true—“

“MICHEAL!”

“This cant be— all of it?!”

“MICHEAL WE NEED TO GO NOW!”

Two pairs of arms pulled him to his feet, dragging him as they all ran from the debris and ruined structures that had once been home.

“Where do we go!? Everything is falling apart—!?”

“Has anyone seen Haniel?!”

“Uriel?! Can you hear us!?”

“Quick— help me push this off of them—“

“Jophiel! JOPHIEL!”

“Everyone into limbo now!”

The chaos was maddening, everyone was running…for the first time in hundreds of millennial the light had gone out…Heaven was falling…there was nothing there anymore….

Micheal had to be greatful to Raguel, he had managed to lead the evacuation while he himself had broken down, managed to get all of the archangels out. The lower ranking ones didnt survive….he couldn’t fault any of them for that. If Gabriel and Raphael hadn’t dragged him out with them he would have perished as well. He wished he had….just what was he supposed to do?! Heaven was gone! His home was destroyed! In ruins and—and

And Lucifer was right….

AND LUCIFER WAS RIGHT!

He had abandoned them- he had left without any reason!

Wasnt he good?! Wasnt he obedient!? He had done everything he was ordered to. He had never not once disobeyed!

and that’s what he was supposed to do wasnt he? 

He was supposed to be obedient. That’s what he was made for…

Lucifer was right. Father simply controlled them, used them like pawns.

Luci…..his luci…the one who had been there first…the one that had been banished…the one that burned…the one that he pretended he didn’t see ghosts of whenever he walked the halls, the one that he had long ago decided to pretend hadn’t existed…

Was right about every last thing.

His loyalty meant nothing to father.

all of their sacrifices, losses, pain, and torture was nothing.

“Micheal? My archangel?”

He slowly turned his head up, locking eyes with Zadkiel, finally seeing just how terrified and confused everyone else was. Raziels head was buried into his hands as he was quietly sobbing, Haniel smile was gone for what must have been the first time in millions of centuries. Uriel and Jophiel were both laid down on bits of cloth that had been spread out Raphael tending to their injuries. Zadkiel was looking at him with wide eyes, looking more scared than he had ever been in the entire time he had known him.

“What do we do?”

…..that single terrified question had broken whatever stoic expression he might have had as he himself finally began to sob.

Why am I posting this?

Because I know I have a lot of young people following me, and because over the past few years, I've seen a shocking amount of anti-gay rhetoric in MY comment section. Of my Steven Universe fancomic. An extremely lgbtq-friendly show.

So what gives? My best guess is, I have a very wide following, and a lot of these readers are pretty socially insulated in conservative spaces that don't allow them to explore the concepts of the other side of the argument.

I'm not about to judge children on the environment they were raised in... but I'm also here. I'm a part of the environment. And I'd like to offer some perspectives.

UPDATE ON THE SITUATION.

So I’m typing this purely to spread the word more, but @ketchupdrippytimes has shared some details that have happened earlier today.

Some of you may have already been aware that they were sent a dick pic. And I have gained the information that they also repeatedly asked for nude photos of themselves as well.

This is absolutely disgusting for a multitude of reasons. But one of the biggest ones is that they are a minor, and have been sent multiple messages about sending pictures of their chest.

I am making this post at their request for comfort due to how distressing this entire situation has been for them. This is a horrible disgusting situation that they should not be in.

Okay. What the actual hell.

so I’ve never had to make a post about this type of thing before, but this is a situation that has happened to a close friend of mine. @applesandcups/@ketchupdrippytimesa is lovely person that I’ve grown to be very close to over the past year. An as some of you may know they have posted about a situation where they posted screenshots of a messages with another person who began to harass them after they rejected their romantic feelings for them. They has been one of the major reasons I began to draw my own OCs more often and has been nothing but a supportive friend throughout the enter time Ive know them.

With that in mind.

This is an open letter to whoever this was (Unfortunately, they has kept your identity anonymous, something much better than what I think you deserve).

let me make this perfectly clear. I don’t know who you are. I don’t who failed in raising you enough for you to think that was an okay reaction to rejection. But you can go fuck yourself. You don’t get to act like that after being rejected. You know who you are. You should know that no one is on your side about this. You are a horrible person.

And to my dear friend. I’m so sorry you had to experience this. You never should have experienced this situation ever in your life. You didn’t do anything wrong, even if you feel like you did. You are one of the people closest to me, and you’ve helped me out of a shell I never realized I was wearing. You deserved better than this.
