i mean, not really lmao but .. as many of you have come to realize, my blog @rat-zuki was deleted as of last night and i, most likely, will never return to that handle ever again. as for what i will do this with this blog, i don’t really know yet .. i might just use it for edits, maybe as a personal, but i definitely don’t think i’ll be reuploading any of my fics to tumblr and i’ll explain why in a bit.

so, if you haven’t heard, i’ll try to make it fairly quick and explain what exactly happened yesterday. it was really fucking stupid actually, now that i think about it lmao .. but that “hot people” post i made a few days ago kind of blew up, meaning, it left our anime community and was at ~10k notes in under 24 hrs or something ridiculous like that, most of the reach being from .. the normie side of tumblr (which is terrifying, i’ve come to learn, avoid them at all costs).

but yesterday evening a certain account reblogged said posts with a few screenshots attached of a couple of really random and REALLY OLD??? posts of mine? one was from my 4k milestone (crack) event .. which was nearly two years ago .. so, it was really weird that they even dug that deep to find those posts of mine in the first place. quite perverted if you ask me. but i digress. they were shitposts, really. crack headcannons, stuff that wasn’t meant to be taken too seriously, stuff just for us. stuff that was tagged accordingly, stuff not meant for outsiders.

however this user reblogged it anyway, it spread around insanely quickly, and my notifications were soon entirely compromised. i would refresh seconds apart and find countless new reblogs of that version and the shit these people were saying in the tags was actually hurtful? y’all know me, i don’t really give a fuck about what people think of me and my spine is entirely too thick (not anymore though o.O) .. however i had never really been in a situation like that before.

and to make it worse some other fuckass users began to dog pile me, adding even more of my posts, some personal, some shitposts, some fic stuff, just random things that i have said as a literal fucking joke or whatever to drag my name around, making fun of me, being downright nasty about “that girl who called herself hot” EL OH EL how dare she .. when she’s a loser anime weeb fanfiction writer pedophile weirdo freak??? impossible. put her in her place like the scum she is. “she deserves hell.” but it was actually getting really .. ugly. at least on my end, since i could see every single comment, every tag, everything.

i got extremely anxious, had a panic attack, deleted those posts, changed my user, threw up, and then proceeded to delete my blog.

said post is still going around, those creepy blogs digging through my business were praised for “RUNNING” me off tumblr. LMAO!!!!!!!! get em. and people are still talking about me in the replies, how i deactivated, how weird i am .. if you want to peruse, DM me and i’ll send you a link or whatever. i don’t really care anymore.

but what i really want to talk about is how this is something that could’ve easily happened to any one of us? and that’s like .. super terrifying? and also, something i’ve never even considered before.

my blog, @rat-zuki, had been my little corner of the internet, all for me and all for you and all for my friends to enjoy. for us to talk about anime and fanfiction and our gross, nasty, sickening interests. which isn’t too crazy, is it? apparently it is, and apparently we will never catch a break be it even in our own fandom space curated just for us, or what.

what i’m trying to say here is—be careful? there are nasty people who will construe things about you based off of next to nothing, they will shit on you for any little thing you say or do, and they will go to the absolute ends of the earth to gather information about you (part of which is why i was so fucking anxious .. given just how much i’ve shared about myself to you all, whom, i do consider my friends in a sort of parasocial-fandom-space-internet-mickeymouseclubhouse type of way).

anyways. this experience was super weird and i never thought it would happen for me! nor did i expect to react the way i did, given that most of us have sadly gotten quite used to all the hate and shit on this app. but it was just .. weird. different. don’t let your guard down and remember that, even though we’ve created a cute little fandom space for you and i to share, anyone can overstep and perceive you and hurt you.

this is like how many of us, including myself, are always asking to not be shared or recommended on tiktok, on other platforms in general, but like .. tumblr isn’t safe either. apparently. LMAO. um, so .. yeah, i’ve decided that i hate this app! as to my writing and sharing it here. this was the final push for me, and i’ve chosen to not write on here anymore. if i do continue writing, i’ll be posting to ao3, i suppose. someplace that is better meant for writers (fingers crossed they don’t bully me off there too HAHAH). but yeah ..

You were going out with a group to a popular bar to get drinks. After you finished your patrol and paper work for the day you went home and got a shower making sure to use all your smell goods. A group of men are making their way through the crowd, while being mobbed by women and men alike. You catch the flash of green hair, then white and red. They make it to you as the crowd disperses to different areas of the bar. You’re as shift between the different men who were standing around exchanging greetings with Mina and jirou. You fortunately knew a few of them already Pro-hero Red Riot, Dynamight, and Chargebolt. You greet them with hugs and Red Riot and Dynamight give you a kiss on the cheek as Chargebolt had made his way next to Jirou as she was twirling her earphone jack. Denki was whispering in her ear as she looked down at her shoes. You smile to yourself and Mina speaks up, “Y/n this is Izuku Midoryia,” she points to the boy with the green hair. He reaches out a scarred hand and you take it his muscle flexing as he shakes your hand. “You can call me Deku!“ he shouts over the music with a friendly grin. “And this is Shoto Todoroki.” Mina says. “Hello.” the man with red and white hair shifts between his feet with his hands in this pockets. As soon as everyone has been introduced the waitress comes back with a tray of shots and sits them on the table. “Perfect timing!” Mina shouts, “everyone grab a shot!” Everyone from the group grabs a shot and raises it for a cheers before tossing it back.

After a few more shots, the group has dispersed throughout the bar. Denki, Jirou, and Mina made their way to the dance floor. Deku and Shoto were making small talk with others, and Bakugou and Kirishima were playing pool in a different area of the bar while some fans watched from a distance. You decided you wanted a mixed drink so you made your way to the bar. You sat down in one of the stools and gave the bartender your order. He gives you your drink and you take a sip and cross your legs. You look at your friends scattered throughout the place and chuckle to yourself. Before you can choose which group to join you locked eyes with a pair of gold eyes. Half lidded in a seductive way. You didn’t notice anyone staring at you before and wondered how long they had been looking. The man next to him with his hoodie half way off, half on, was talking to him but he didn’t seem to be paying attention for his focus was completely on you. You took a drink of your drink maintaining eye contact over the rim. He smirked and made his way through the crowd over the the bar and took a seat in the stool next to you.

“Hi.” you speak first and set your drink down but don’t let go of the cup itself. You scan the man over, you didn’t notice his wings in the darkness of the bar from where he stood before, they were absolutely beautiful.

“Hi.” golden eyes scan over you lingering a little on the slit of your dress. The gold was what had caught his eye but the person wearing it was even more breath taking than the dress he wanted to take you out of.

“Hmm.” You peer at him and ponder on his answer.

“lnterested?” He asks. Letting his confidence show.

“Perhaps.” You tease right back, smirking.

“Hungry?” He leans forwards fingers interlocked.

“Starving.” You lean close to him as well.

“Leaving.” He somewhat asks and glances at your lips then into your eyes searching to see if he could tell what you were feeling or thinking. With every breath he takes he can smell the perfume and lotion you put on before coming out.

“Now?” You lean back and glance at your friends. Kirishima and Bakugou had made their way to the bar. Kirshima’s back was facing you, but Bakugou was watching you from in front of him peering around his big frame.

“Mm-hmm.” He hums out, sliding off the stool and standing up. And holds out the hand he had resting on the bar.

“Okay.” You agree and smile taking his hand.

“Okay.” He returns your smile.

You make sure you have everything and you grab your clutch. You look at him and he nods his head towards the door. You look at Bakugou and he’s staring at you like his eyes haven’t left. His vermillion eyes piercing you. You look at him confused but he looks away looking down at the brown liquor he twirls around in his cup. You turn and start to walk towards the door not letting go of Hawk’s hands. You rest your interlocked fingers on your right shoulder and lead the way.
